I was fortuneate to read some of bhai gurdas ji dee vaaran and bhai gurdas ji says on panna 6 (BGJDV) rwg nwd lK sbd liK BwiKAw Bwau suBwau Alwey] raag naadh lakh sabadh lakh bhaakhiaa bhaao subhaao alaaeae|| Considering the ragas and nadas only as the medium, the Gurmukh discusses and recites with Love. gurmukhs use these instruments as a medium, im not here to put down "raag kirtan", to me kirtan true kirtan is done with prem and pyar. waheguroo every one goes through this once in a while lol best thing is throughout the day do exercise, drink plenty of water, and get a good sleep routine. i read a book called guroo kaun hai its in gurmukhi its a definite read if you want to know the truth about pad chedd, how it came about, the printing etc its a definite read. To read in larevaar your goin to need santhia and a lot of effort may we all be blessed to read and do parkash of larevaar sarrop of guroo ji.

waheguroo use tiny bit of fairy and good old elbow grease with a metal scrubber use warm water when washing and dry straight away or if you dont wana use fairy use boil water wid citric acid in it leave it 4 5min eats the rust empty bata and scrub remains off it. After eating out of bateh you must clean it wid it with acid of something in india they use sand hope that helps.

ive asked gursikhs about this if people sing kachi bani in front of maharaj's hajooree they shouldnt be allowed to do kirtan again at that place and your local sangat should know what they are doing. my response to "gurmat sangeet" gurbani is about love if someone doesnt want to do it raag thats upto them doesnt mean they'll sing kachi bani nw?

as sikhs we should be tryin to be tyar bar tyar. so if you need some rest after amritvela so that you dont feel tired during the day then yes. sikhi is practical both mentally and physically. :D

when i was in india dass was lucky enough to stay with gursikhs who kept sarbloh bibek and was lucky enough to ask them how they clean bateh. ideally sand is wicked but thats if you live in india lol, they told me to wash them wid lemon juice to clean any bacteria, then wash them with boiling hot water then dry straight away so no rust occurs. (the heat makes it easy to dry) this can aslo be done for sarbloh kirpaneh. hope this helped. waheguroo :D
