    Explanation

Hukumnama is for you to deduce as it needs to be linked to your personal situation before it will make sense. Perhaps this will help: Guru Sahib is giving example of sugarcane full of sweet sugar, sugar may represent maya and thus sugarcane may represent a manmukh how is filled with love for maya. This does explain why sugarcane has been written to go through a lot of hardship. Hope that helps you understand it better. Bhul Chuk Maaf
  3. The interesting thing is if Krishna is called an insect then why is Raam not called one? After all they are both considered to be Hindu deities.
  4. "Yeah buddy!" "Lightweight!!!" "Ain't nothin but a peanut" "Ain't nothin to it but to do it"
  5. ^^^Agreed Except for the fact that not every religion has BOTH good and bad.. I have yet to come across 'SIKHI' having something bad..in it... Have you read the Vedas? How about Puranaas? Gita? Mahabharata? I haven't either, I try not to make conclusions about stuff I haven't researched properly on. If you want to judge a faith, judge it not by it's people but by it's scriptures. If we were to judge Sikhi based on it's people then we would most likely not get a positive image. In typical SS fashion, this thread has gone off topic. I'll admit I added fuel to the fire.
  6. Try this http://www.doeasier.org/splitter/ I haven't tried it, but it was the first link that came up on Google when I searched for "video splitter"
  7. I completely fail to understand how one's faith has anything to do with how they act. There are good and bad people in every faith. You lot seem to think that Sikhs are exempt from this rule. Wake up and see reality. I have met EXTREMELY nice people from various faith's and I have seen some horribly corrupt Sikhs. In fact I have seen these corrupt Sikhs too closely and it has scarred me for life! Of course, now someone wise guy will say "oh they are not sikh" Oh how convenient! <_< Any Hindu can do this Any Sikh can do this Any Muslim can do this Any Christian can do this Any HUMAN can do this Oh who am I kidding, this was just my pathetic attempt to talk some sense into Hindu, Muslim, Christian phobic members of the forum who take every single chance they get to bash other faiths. Remember this, if you always see negativity in others then that very negativity is deep rooted with in you.

    Soo Confused!

There is no such thing as a "soul mate" Hmmmmmm.. So I was correct lol.. There is a such thing as soul-mate. You contradicted yourself.. Actually kiddo, no I did not contradict myself He worded it just fine; but got bashed for just having an opinion. Political Correctness is going to be the end of us all...
  9. Even though I was able to anticipate the ending, it still moved me a lot. Thank you for sharing.
  10. What a pathetic excuse of a thread! The people are as much Hindu's as a Sikh would be Sikh if he were committing such acts
  11. We are suppose to respect other's as as we respect our brother/sister/mother/father etc. That does not mean you call other's bro/sis. If thats how things were then no sikh would be able to get married as every person of opposite sex would become their brother or sister when they met them.
  12. One only becomes patit if a bujjer kurehit is committed AFTER becoming amritdhari. The word does not apply to non-amritdhari folks.
  13. bani, vaars etc are meant as self reflection not to point fingers at others. Anyways, keep on telling others they are not sikh and washing their karams :D I'm outta here Bijla Singh, I had a lot of respect for you, but it seems to be going away day by day ....
  14. :3singh3: In fact, even having girl friend or boy friend can easily NOT be a waste of time But most people here are not mature enough to understand that :D
  15. I can't believe this (mostly) idiotic thread has not been close yet ! I repeat, Who are you (we) to classify anyone as sikh or non-sikh !!! Saarey guru baney firdey aa <_<
  16. Who are you to classify anyone as sikh or non-sikh !!!
  17. The million dollar question is, why do we not want to ? :umm:

    Re:

you lots say that muslims are racists, they discriminate. Have you look inside your own sikh community? !!!!! discrimination runs rampant EVERYWHERE within us...
  19. All those who say that Gurbani is meant for animals as well should do more research. There are plenty of pankti's available where it is said that THIS is your turn...
  20. Almost every review I have read seems to think that Playstation Home is a complete disappointment thus far.
