I didn't ask for proof against the college, I specifically asked for proof against the teachings passed onto the kids sponsored by Khalsa aid. 2 different issues here. Khalsa aid has stated that they merely hire stidents from the college to educate kids in villages, I very much doubt kids aged 5-10 are taught anything controversial, if this incorrect and you have the proof then post it or provide it to Khalsa aid and encourage them to break all ties completely. I've also asked you which institutions you would recommend given that taksal and other jathebandis have ignored requests from Khalsa aid. There has been no answer. I have asked you for potential solutions regarding this matter, you have no answer. Now my question to you is, are you actually trying to resolve matters here or just give Khalsa aid a negative rep. Ultimately what you are doing is preventing poor kids from being educated against Christian missionaries and dera pakhandis. Preventing the support of dharmi faujis and shaheeds families. What is your aim? Is it only to speak against fools like ghagga, ragi and co or to be an obstacle in the projects to support the aforementioned?? So again, either post your proof which will force Khalsa aid to take action and we will support you too. Otherwise provide a solution, why not volunteer to teach these kids yourself?

I remember the thread, it began with you saying that Khalsa Aid passed on these teachings to the kids and when I asked for proof, you said you were referring to the college and not the charity. You even edited your posts. So I say collect the proof that these kids are being taught the distorted teachings in the villages sponsored by KA then take it to KA or post it publically, if they take no action after this then KA is in the wrong. I know you are staunchly against the missionaries and their people, I commend you for that and I believe what you say about their teachings. Khalsa Aid has requested other Jathebandis such as Taksal and AKJ to send parcharaks to the villages to teach the kids yet they take no steps towards this, so question is what else can KA do? All I say is lets try solve the problem than expanding it. If you know any parcharaks in Punjab, put them in touch with Khalsa Aid.

Do you have proof with regards to your above points that those teachings are passed onto the kids??? If so why dont you arrange,sponsor or invite teachers you deem fit for teaching these kids correctly? Are you full of criticism or do you have any solutions?

Watch the Punjabi movie called Siyasat, it covers a lot of the main issues such as jatts forced to sell lands to big companies, fake encounters, fake kharkoos, police brutality and why people were driven towards armed movement. Shows the Jujharoos in a very positive light. Hawayein is OK in the fact it depicts a true account of the Delhi Massacres but does show some of the Jujharoos in a negative image. These things were done to pass censorship in India, the original script was very different. Also it fails to correctly give background of Operation Bluestar. Maachis is another film that deals with the issues of Delhi Massacres, police brutality and armed struggle

Financial support is not the only thing you can provide to these prisoners, please write and upload your letters to the site which will be forwarded to the prisoners, this helps boost morale of these Singhs who have been imprisoned and FORGOTTEN for upto 20years.

Specialist & Tru-Skool were/are 2 of the most promising producers in the punjabi music scene, incidentally Specialist I believe gave up on the bhangra scene after he took amrit, both produced the track for the IP album which johal123 has linked to. I also remember in an interview with BBC Asian Network where Tru-Skool was asked "if you could be one famous woman, who would it be?" to which his answer was Mai Bhago. It was fitting, as it shows how in touch with their culture and roots they really are. Big up to them.

The UK needs a collective and pro-active Sikh Youth Federation which will tackle issues relating to the youth and the panth in their own (logical and straightforward) manner, their's no point being a small voice amongst a group of ego's which the Sikh Council will no doubt be. The youth need to take responsibility for their future and that of the next generations. As sikhlionz said "is this council not a collection of the most corrupt nefarious elements in our community?" It's these same pardhaans who have stood in the way of progress in the past, whom are now being brought together one a single platform, is this really going to help us.

Before the Khalistan movement, the Naxalites were very strong up until the point in which their groups and leaders disintegrated, the fake police encounters used by the Punjab Police were first used to wipe out those involved with the Naxalite lehar. Many Jujharoos of the Khalistan movement had backgrounds in the Naxal movement. The Naxalite movement attracted various races and many Singh's, later some of these Singh's took part in Khalistan movement whereas those with Atheist belief became cats and touts. To say a Communist type movement has no base in Punjab is by no means true, the people of Punjab are fed up as no party, whether it be Congress or a "Sikh" party (Akali Dal) is coming up with any solutions to the number of growing problems. With that being said, there at present is no Sikh personality who can take on the Badal family and come out victorious. Panthic Singh's must firstly take control of SGPC, elect a non biased and worthy Jathedar of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib who has no allegience to any party or person except his Guru, then control the Punjab state before a Sikh state can be accomplished.
