  1. WaheGuru Ji Ka Khalsa, WaheGuru Ji Ke Fateh! I am hoping someone can help with a few queries I have please. 1) Some of the Kirtan\Katha MP3's are quite large in size and these cannot fit onto the 700Mb cd rom. Is there some way the size of the MP3 can be reduced any further? I have read reviews on cdroms that are 800mb and the majority of people have said that they are actually 700mb rather than 800mb. 2) Is there any software available that allows you to edit a track so that you can take certain parts out of it? For example there maybe some Simran in the shabad, does any software allow you to take just that part out and save it? Hope the above makes sense, ahve tried as best as possible to describe what I am after. Appreciate any help\advice. Many Thanks Pull chuk Maaf. :waheguru: WaheGuru Ji Ka Khalsa, WaheGuru Ji Ke Fateh!
  2. Bhai Saab it's actually Bulandpuri. Yes please feel free to go and see baba Ji.
  3. Bhai Saab afer yestedays performance from Sangat TV, it's fat from happening!
  4. Exactly why we ALL need to attend Dastar day! :khalsa2:
  5. Yesterdays Live show on Sangat Tv was an Absolute DISGRACE! I could not belive what was being said by the presenter and some of his panel. I held Mr Dhesi is high regards, but his attitude yesterday was the lowest of the low! ALL the hard work done by Sangat TV to date was washed down the drain. He was very rude towards Dr Gurna Singh, not giving him the oppurtunity to speak when asked to, he kept butting in. However he gave his resident panel members all the time they wanted. Is that how you would treat a fellow Sikh? Who was he to question the Sikh Channel about their financial status? Why did they leave it so DAM late to discuss this with the Sikh Channel? If they wanted to cause a divide between the Kaum, they wanted to cause more anger between Sikhs, Then they just did! Before anyone starts asking, I am no way connected to the Sikh Channel. Just a very Upset Sikh and the fact the way the handled the situation. They went against what Sangat TV was about. It's in the wrong hands NOW and Mr Dhesi certainly didn't help the cause. Pull Chuk Maaf...... :waheguru:
  6. WaheGuru Ji, Where can I get a copy of this photo please? Thanks
  7. My Brothers, My Sisters....Please see the details below. Information is there, it may have been repeated, my Humble apologies. The phone details are there, please pick up the phone and make the call. Ask all you like, I am sure ALL your questions will be answered: Dear Sadh Sangat Ji As most of you are aware Mata Sahib Kaur Sikh Academy has been running over the last two and a half years largely because of the generosity of one individual. He has arranged a loan of £1.2 million for the purchase of the Academy, by giving property as security to the bank. With the generous support of the local Sangat and from across the country the sewadars have paid all monthly installments on the loan and considerably developed the Academy building. On Thursday night the financial backer notified the Academy sewadars that he will no longer be able to support Mata Sahib Kaur Sikh Academy and will require the keys to be handed over on Monday evening. We would like to publicly thank the individual for his support over the last two and a half years. Many families and children have benefited considerably from The Mata Sahib Kaur Sikh Academy. We understand that this will come as a shock and be very distressing to the Sangat. It is with a heavy heart that The Sewadars will be handing over the keys. All the Sadh Sangat is invited to attend Mata Sahib Kaur Sikh Academy on Monday evening. As has always been the case with Mata Sahib Kaur Sikh Academy, the events of Monday evening will take place with total transparency in front of the Sadh Sangat. For any further information please contact: Rupinder Singh on 0044 7903 394068 or 0044 7540 646982 Contact: Mata Sahib Kaur Sikh Academy 8 Oaks Lane Newbury Park Ilford Essex IG2 7PL For information please call: 07951 431053 http://www.sikhnet.com/news/mata-sahib-kaur-sikh-academy-close

  9. Bibi Kally, Benti in your Charan, Please talk with Satkar to your elders. The only young person here is yourself. Do you wonder why you are being Monitored?:stupidme: Bull Chuf Maaf....:waheguru:
  10. You are kidding me? Wat the :shoot: Moerators, Benti in your Charan, How do we allow such posts in? Bull Chuk Maaf.....:waheguru:
  11. I was gob smacked, Rubbing of the hands, then saying OM and then into Sukhmani Sahib? The quaility is very poor and it's misguding us even further. Yoga has nothing to do with Sikhi and there is nothing in Gurbani or our history that relates to it. Sikh Channel if you are reading, Benti in your Charan, Please don't show anymore of this rubbish again. Bull Chuk Maaf.:waheguru: P.S Kam and the Youth show where are you? :khalsa2:

    Coming Changes

Kaljugi Totall agree with you there. We need some serious Shittar!
  13. WaheGuru I would say start with the police, then Sikh organisations such as BSF, SAS etc. Ask Hamrmandar Singh as well from Sikhs In England. He has lots of contacts and should be able to help. The other person that comes to mind is Balvinder Kaur Saund. Your local Labour MP. All god starting points. Hope this helps.
  14. WaheGuru, simple answer is let the person know involved. If that was you and you found out certain family member knew, how would you feel? You may not need to tell him direct yourself, get someone else to phone him and alert him. Technology is vast these days, you can make contact to him via a number of different chanbels. But make sure there is sufficinet proof. Bull Chuk Maaf.
  15. Gurfateh All! Has anyone seen the new Advert on SIkh Channel in relation to the Dastaar campagin in Italy? Very well put together, however they let themselves donw by placing a picture of Nidar :ipunchyou: amongst all the other histroical ones. They had the likes of Bob Singh :stupidme: and Co on Sikh Ethics and now this. The Youth Show will no longer be around either.:waheguru: Which way are these guys going? It is very clear who the Gadhars are of the Panth and there guys are supporting them! Pull Chuk Maaf.
  16. GurFateh all! I am looking for a shabad which was played on SIkh Channel over a year ago by Bhai Satwinder Singh and Bhai Harvinder Singh (Delhi Wale) - "Brahm Giani Sadh Jeeve". Does anyone know where I can get hold of this please? There is a live version, but I would like the original please. I did try in Panjab, but no-one could get hold of it. Also where can I hear Sant Jarnail Singh Ji's talks, speeches and Bachans? Are there any websites which hold these in MP3 format? Is there a website which answers all questions about 1984? For example, why did Sant Ji stay inside Darbar saab? I have had many discussions with several people from our community and this was one burning question in everyones mind. I want to be able to get the facts and silence these fools. Apologies if I have asked questions that have already been. Many Thanks. Pull Chuk Maaf.....................
  17. Yes they have been doing a great job, no question about it. However I have heard that the Sikh Youth Show will no longer be aired! Can someone please confirm this? The guys may well be airing the show from a different channel. I really hope this is not the case. To bring panth to such a high and then to let it all fall just like that.....would be a great shame. Pull Chuk Maaf.
  18. I am really sorry for saying this, BUT you need help!:waheguru:
  19. I remember the same being said at Grays as well. That if they did not co-operate etc, then we would take Guru Maharaj and all saroops and take down the Nishan saab. Someone has just made a valid point to me that, Gurdwara committee's etc should be made accountable for actions. They need to provide a listing weekely to the Sangat as to how much daswand has come in, where it has been spent and what benefit the Sangat are getting. We have tooooo many examples, where commitees fight over money (which has come from the Sangat). Other examples are where the money has been spent on halls like this one, Certain committe members pocketing money and others fighting over Kabaddi tornaments. The list is endless..................................... I remember back in days when Havelock Gurdwara went bankrupt and they used to announce the accounts on a Sunday, it was broadcasted on Sunrise radio. These guys have really lost the plot. The Punj Chor have taken over them and blinded them. Hopefully the newly formed Sikh UK council, can get some sort of a structure in place where the UK Gurdwara's follow guidelines set. They can then get Audited on a regular basis. Anybody not complying will be dealt with appropriately. Bull Chuk Maaf.
  20. WaheGuru! Do we know what Kirtanee will be attending? Thanks.

  22. Mr brother, as stated previously and again, the issue was raised several months ago. Which I am sure was more than sufficient time to re-arrange. All is not lost, you still have time. It's only Wednesday. Doesnt take long to make a few enquries, book the place, and make calls to advise your guests (or who ever is holding the party). It will be the Wise thing to do.
