According to the last census in UK Sikhs are approx 500,000 I believe their are far more Sikhs up wards to 800,000 in the UK alone. Alot of Western White/black/Latino people are converting to Sikhism especially in the states. Search on sites like yahoo and other forums you will see alot are interested and asking questions about conversion. Since Sikhism isnt a missionary faith we havent got the facilities to guide them through the process. I think theirs an urgent need to do so.
