  1. really, because from the same book- soft target, Talvinder singh parmar consider as GOI Agent. You can read soft target book regarding some of shocking revealtions on talvinder singh parmar, ie- bhai fauja singh ji's wife accused him for hijacking the peaceful movement. Soft target book has became such a reliable source for sikhs these days, oh off course people who sympathize with babbar will brush shady areas in parmar and malik's life they are pretty quick to use this book as reference yet hesitant to discuss some of fine issues in there because it challenges their beleif, they - panthic weekly guys quoting only stuff from there which suits their agenda, quote stuff on talvinder singh parmar from that book they wont because obviously that stuff is unreliable, same typical home made cook recipe articles just pick and chooose..that just shows their crediblity. If you want to quote from the book- soft target, atleast read it fully. Our sikh soo called leaders jump on the bandwagon quoting from this book-soft target right, left and center yet hold double standards supporting certain self-proclaimed khalistani figures which this book clearly bought fwd how shady some area in lifes really were. ! read this book draw your own conculstions from it, check the index - and look for talvinder singh parmar- read the pages talk about him, atleast do something productive which is read this book throughly instead of parroting other speeches on how high and mighty this book really is and yet hold double standards regarding certain self-proclaimed khalistani figures which the same book criticize. anyway here is the download link to download the book: http://www.gurmarag.net/SikhAwareness/Text...get%20ebook.pdf enjoy ! I agree, though one can understand the sentiments expressed by bagri when operation blue star took place. I mean, im sure had the vatican or mecca been attacked similar militant figures would have made similar statements. We also got to remember at that time, in 1980s, people were more assertive, more ready to speak their mind without fear of consequence. The geo-political circumstances changed when george right wing neo-con backed bush (with total specturm dominance agenda) came into power and draft laws were passed outlawing seperatist militant groups. This was before 9/11 happened... which shows they govts knew it was coming ( had prior knowledge of al-qaeda's desires to take down the twin towers) but had to lay the ground work to make sure they had the legislation to round up islamics who were opposed to western govt's plans to have military bases all around the globe and occuping strategic natural resource interests aboard. As for this guy parmer and others involved... we cant make out who is totally in the clear, the book soft target accuses parmer of being in the pay of GOI, as you rightly say. What we do know is that until the canadian govt have a full and fair open public enquiry addressing the points made by the book soft target. The finger of suspicion will always pointed firmly at the GOI involvement and parmar, reyat and malik ..dubious shady figures in all this.
  2. http://www.mojoflix.com/Download/22178/1/T...ndia-Canada.wmv Download and watch this, I managed to find the video that RAW had taken off youtube. Its very interesting and sheds light and asks questions on the dark world of covert Indian govt funded terrorism. Whatever the truth is the air india disaster is a terrible tradegy and needs to be put in context to what the Indian army did at our holiest shrine. What crimes they (indian army) carried out there also, what lengths, what evils this brahmin indian state is willing carry out to preserve unity regadless the wishes of its popolus. And not forgetting the anti-sikh riots where over 5,000 innocent sikh men, women and children where brutally murdered systematically by the congress state indian goverment armed mobs in just 3 days of bloodletting by a failed Indian State. One innocent Sikh life pains us, but 5,000 + an attack on our holiest shrine is a declaration of war and cries out for jusitce/ retaliation.
  3. You make valid points about peoples emotions after the attack on golden temple, though again RAW indian agents have inflitrated the khalistan movement long before the indian govt attackted darbar sahib. Remember the punjab black cats, fake encounter killings of innocents while their supposed targets are still alive. Theirs alot of smoke the enemy create, deception is one tool the govt sponsered terrorists use they use to murderous ruthless effientcy. So with regards to your uncle or people like parmer, all I can say is we got to analyse the facts and see the truth from the falsehood. I suggest you get hold of that video that was shown on youtube, it shows alot of interesting information. But the RAW has managed to have it removed from youtube... which shows how efficent they are at media management. They have tenticles in every department like an venonmous spider. IF western govt's DONT take action against them then theres only one conclusion people can make. And that is that western govt's are corrupt as the Indians and therefore in collusion with them. That would mean they no credibility to reason or stop its citizens who support pro-independance groups aboard, when their own moral compass is corrupt.
  4. That guy Dosanjh ..a moderate? lol lord have mercy. No he's another sell out lilly liberal coconut apna. The fool should look into the history of things and analyse information himself than rely on 3rd party or secondary information sources, as I suspect he has done. But strange thing why all this hoo haa all of a sudden? is there new credible hard evidence of to prove Sikh militants did this? We all know that the canadian secruity agencies are in bed with Indian govt. They deserpately trying to cover this up and label it on "Sikh extremists" or "Khalistani's". When evidence and circumstances point towards a govt coverup. Any how the more the racist right wing + pro-india media attacks the religous minorities and freedom movements the more people these groups attract. Because they have exposure and awareness, so people want to learn more and the balanced rational people start to support their causes. So let these zealots in the media carry on with their nonsense at the end of the day when things are balanced up, people will know what causes are just and what arent.
  5. I agree with your post, though I got to say isnt it weird how it is always the muslim guys that have this devious agenda. Why dont we hear about hindu, christian, buddhist, jewish or any other guy who has evil intentions towards other faith groups and particularly their womenfolk? Because the Islamic ideology allows for the muslim guy to do this, they target the weak, they target the vunerable because they are cowards. Want to use and abuse the kafir women and if they can convert them then thats an added bonus for them to get a ticket to a perverted so called jannah. I say more power to groups like kaurageous to bring more girls into the faith and raise awareness about issues that impact their lives.
  6. I read this somewhere and agreed with it. A Sikh can be defined as any person who faithfully follows these basic principles below: * Believes in the existence and worships one God (Waheguru) * Accepts soley the Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji, as their eternal spiritual guide and follows its teachings. * Does not owe allegiance to any other religion.
  7. I personally believe parmer was an agent of the RAW. Everything he did was to malign the name of Khalistan at the advantage of the Indian govt. Maybe he is still alive, changed his identity and gone undercover under the protection of the Indian state. Was his supposed dead body ever recovered and handed over to reltives?, in that supposed encounter with punjab police? The book soft target also makes similar allegations that agents were used posing as Khalistani militants to discredit the movement.
  8. Remember that video that was made and uploaded on youtube exposing the role of RAW agents (the indian terrorist agency) in the air india case. Well guess what the vid been removed because RAW has claimed copyright of it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaJYBWYjxCw How does that work out? Did anyone manage to download the video before it was taken down if so... upload it on another video viewing website like metacafe because that video opened alot of eyes of the state terrorism conducted by Indian govt.
  9. Excellent news. Hpefully we can break this useless and demeaning caste system once and for all in this progressive and globalised world we all share.
  10. Thanks for that, looks like an very interesting program
  11. Exactly! For all we know, she could possibly be a Muslim trying to pick up naive and vulnerable Punjabi Sikh girls by posing as an ex-Sikh. in my experience its the favorite tactic, lying and teaching falsehood comes second nature to muslims. They often use their muslim gal friends to preach to non-muslim girls handing literature and tapes in order to influence them. Best way to combat it = 1) Educate, raise awareness of the end goal of these decievers 2) Have literature to convert muslim girls into Sikhism. They have more to gain from embracing Sikhism than Sikh gals transgressing into Islam. The only difference is muslim gals are more scared of the consequences of converting out of Islam than freedom blessed non-muslim gals.
  12. ever heard of the the word al-taqiyya? look it up one of the tactics muslims are allowed to use is deception to get non-muslims to convert. What this woman randomly talking to people in an islamic stall or something? or you just happen to come across her in the street.
  13. LOL wake up what you think your Sikh brothers been talking you lot for the last few good years? Sikh girls need to form an organisation to counter the grooming by these dirty hell dwelling islamic guys. ALL muslim guys (unless they are free-thinking) have the same perverted islamic ideology embedded into them, from early age.... you can't blame them entirely if their mind is still stuck in 7th century. Profile: Jawad Akbar Five men have been convicted of conspiring to cause explosions in Britain. One of the men was Jawad Akbar. -Born Pakistan, 20 June 1983 -Moved to Italy as a child, father worked in the wine industry -Moved to Crawley, West Sussex, aged eight -Student at Brunel University, Uxbridge, north-west London, studying mathematics, technology and design. -While at university he worked part-time at Gatwick Airport and had clearance for working airside -Met a Sikh woman who converted to Islam so they could marry (hopefully she'll now have realised the errors of her ways and reverted back to the Sikh faith) -Step-cousin, Nabeel Hussain, a co-defendant who was found not guilty http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6149788.stm
  14. According to the last census in UK Sikhs are approx 500,000 I believe their are far more Sikhs up wards to 800,000 in the UK alone. Alot of Western White/black/Latino people are converting to Sikhism especially in the states. Search on sites like yahoo and other forums you will see alot are interested and asking questions about conversion. Since Sikhism isnt a missionary faith we havent got the facilities to guide them through the process. I think theirs an urgent need to do so. First of all we can have workshops introducing Sikhism to non-sikhs interested about the faith.
  15. Thats what I was thinking, the intelligent people analyse first and see the situation after the fog clears, while hot heads rush in only to be caught unaware of the REAL facts. The fundammentalist Hindu powerbrokers (usually brahmin) and the Islamic zealot have one thing in common both use deception to further their agenda. That is why I got suspcious when Bal Thackery's name was mentioned. It seems to me they are trying to get Sikhs involved with their ongoing conflict with islamics. Our pathanic organistaions need to be careful and find out who the real culprits (with evidence), before taking any action. Then whatever physical action is taken in reply in this attack can be justified.
  16. If that is the case, I for one wouldnt shed one tear if a few militant Sikh brothers got a little careless and happen to destory a few bases for the islamic fundamentalist (ie masjids and madarsa's) here and there. A rise of Sikh militancy will check and counter any attempts by muslims to think Sikhs are a walk over. Bringing fear into the hearts of the muslim zealot who dares to test the defensive resolve of our community will make them realise how we can fight on many fronts, going to extremes if need be.
  17. Something sounds odd abt this story, as soon as bal thackery (leader of Hindu terror org -shiv sena) name is mentioned in article you can assume the cheeky brahmins are upto something. Most of the very few muslims in Punjab are ahmediya/qadani's they wouldnt dare do anything to disrupte communal harmony with Sikhs, as they are persecuted by muslims elsewhere especially by sunni muslims in pakistan.
  18. haha your right a typical asian marriage alone in uk is gonna at least set you back around £30-50,000. Its not a thing to be taken lightly, thats why people need to get educated not only will you lose out emtionally, if your relationship breaks down do to both sides unflexible ego, but also financially... it will ruin both parties. Lose Lose situation
  19. If theres kids involved it will be far harder. Marriage is not a game, in Sikhi it is a union of two souls so both the husband and wife have to work and compramise at it. That is why it essetnial to finding the right partner, someone who knows everything about you and your past, someone you can share you life with till death. If you find the wrong person it usualy works out that once trust is lost, relationships break down irreversibly. As for so many Sikhs getting divorced, it stems from selfish lifestyles. Motherhood is one of the most important jobs a woman can do. If the wife fails to furfil those duties towards her husband what is her worth as a woman? as a wife? Traditionally things worked out, but in this day and age women want lifestyles like men but yet dont realise the consequences , the impact they are having on the community and next generation of Sikhs. “Children are more educated these days and many are not prepared to do so. Women want to be treated equally and they cannot accept any discrimination from their in- laws.” Malaysian Gurdwaras Council secretary Malkith Singh said more people were becoming career- minded. “Women, especially the educated ones, are becoming more independent. They are professionals and want to live a life of their own.” Malkith said more peoplewere also putting off marriage as they wanted to be financially secure first. He was concerned with the high divorce rate among Sikh couples. “With more couples working now, you can expect such problems. Sadly, it has caused many family break- ups.” - Taken from article (Fewer Malaysian Sikhs Are Choosing The Path Of Matrimonial Bliss) http://www.sikhsangat.com/index.php?showto...mp;#entry240092 Have you asked your friend to see a marriage counseller? maybe the marriage can be saved, issues resolved with 3rd party involvement?
  20. Culture of abuse starts at the home, when you become parent or already are. You will dictate the future of how your kids grow up. If you curse your partner, show hate instead of love, use violence when you should embrace then obviously the kids will pick negative attitudes and so the cycle repeats itself. Domestic violence works both ways, is NOT a gender specific crime. Most abuse of partners is done at the hands of men (husbands/boyfriends) and most cases of physical/emtional abuse of children is done by mothers. According to stats and articles I read sometime ago on various websites. http://www.freshnews.in/mothers-abuse-chil...ers-report-2971 http://www.oregoncounseling.org/Handouts/D...ViolenceMen.htm http://wadv.org/maleabuse.htm http://www.batteredmen.com/ (These are just a few links to websites which show the perpertraitors of domestic violence are not just men) intoxicants (ie alcohol) and stress I would say would be the main components for a partner to lash out because they are not of the rational state of mind. I think there is a grey area between discipline and domestic violence. How would a mother/father for example not get done for domestic violence if he/she slaps their child for something wrong/dangerous he/she may have done, when they are trying to dicipline the kid.
  21. lmao you joka! imagine a t-shirt with logo "shaheed tupac" or "mo money mo problems" with "shaheed" biggie's image at the front. haha
  22. Sikh_Supreme, you're advice is irrelevant because it just is pure nonsense. I understand your feelings of humiliation with all that egg dripping down your face from last time to the extent that you try and patronise and condescend to me now, in order to salvage some self esteem after you made yourself look so foolish with your silly accusations back then. That's fine, you're not mature enough to forget about it and you hold grudges, your pride is hurt, I understand. In my personal life I take care of a family, bring my work home almost every night from the office, look after my parents, cherish my children, work for a living, follow Manchester United, visit the Gurdwara, what do you do? Do you even have a job or are you student? Do you want to continue with personal attacks on me? Do you really want to go down that road? I have no personal problems and hold no personal grudge against you at all, and I am a content man --- I have a large loving family, a wife I love, children I read stories to at bedtime, friends I play football with when I get the time, I am a happy and peace loving man. Akaash and Sarbloh articulated good responses and I agree with them. Prem, its up to you if you want to take my advice or not.... it doesnt bother me if you dont. My advice regarding your angry and hateful posts was given in good faith was not to belittle you. I understand after reflecting you might have relized the errors of your ways but to save face you want to continue the pretence and uphold your ego claim you are happy and peaceful yet evidently in your posts you seem you have problems and need to vent your useless frustrations on here. I have a good successful profession in the IT industry, have good circle of friends and family am happy with whatever waheguru ji blesses me with. Regarding the video, instead of crying on the forum, why not do something proactive something useful to give the kid who made the video an alternative way to express sikh pride. But no, we have haters who want to bring down our youth, want to bash them at every oppertunity than give them gudience ...
  23. Yes -- logic.Do you think expressing your Sikh identity should be manifested in aspiring to keeping Kesh first of all, or producing ego driven Tupac Shakur videos that project Sikhi as a form of Gangsta Rap, probably something like, I don't know, Wu Tang Clan or something? Logic tells you that that is what I was commenting on. Logic tells you there is code for the expression of Sikh identity. It begins with being humble and keeping kesh. That is logical. Don't you reckon? sikh_supreme, you really make me laugh :TH: Last time you were so full of spleen and anger you lost control of your mind and started accusing me of being a 'Hindu' RSS supporter! Egg on your face has placified you that's good. I hold no grudges for you losing control, but you should know that I do naam simran every day, and am full of love for all, even when I express myself forcefully. Guru Fateh Where in SGGS ji it says you must keep kesh to be a Sikh? Where does it says you must wear the 5 k's to be a Sikh? No where! the Khalsa is a Sikh who has achieved saint-soldier identity thus wearing the 5k's. Lack of Kesh does NOT make you less of a Sikh of the eternal guru (SGGS ji) , learn the difference. As for anger and "spleen" you alleged I had when acussing you of being a RSS supporter well that is your own mindset. I had no anger in my posts you may go through the posts and see me laughing at your hedious remarks. You evidently have a anger problem, maybe in your personal life you feel frustrated with some issues. My advice to people like you bro/sis... would be stay out of political religious discussions if you cant control your emotions. Having said that, the video on youtube is not about Sikhi... as the user has stated in his description on it. As far as i am concerned its just another video by moneh sikh youth proud of his sikh identity, yes SIKH IDENTITY not necessarily khalsa identity. What will you achieve constently crying on forums and shouting abuse on topics you feel passionate about? you just make yourself look like an emtional wreak. Some of you people really are the most depressing people on the net, instead of being excited by youths cyring out for identity... even if they express it in wrong way ...some of you lot (who shall remain nameless) want to bash them, abuse them insted of reasoning with them and giving them other ways of showing pride. Pathetic!
