But sadly, no one told me that guru je forbade the eating of meat, cuting hair, etc. So when i was 10, i could read very good, and got some books from the gurdwara on sikhi. Reading them only increased the love for guru maharaj. And then i read that one is not a sikh without taking amrit. That moment, guru je made me stop all sins. He showed me the light. I was told not to take amrit by everybody, but once i knew i couldnt be guru jes sikh withour it, that was it. I practiced my reight for around a year, and then when i turned 11 with guru jes kirpa i took amrit. Till this day my family tells me why u so into sikhi, why u want keep so much reight.
