  1. Our rehat doesn't have an expiry date. Also, keeping hair is a huge part of Sikhism, it's who we are. If you could be a fully practicing Sikh and be mona, wouldn't Guru Ji have mentioned that? Cutting hair is one of the most forbidden acts in Sikhism, and it identifies us. How can you tell if someone is in the Army? Their uniform. It's the same for sikhs. You can tell a Sikh by his/her long hair and turban. Besides, the guru told us to keep our hair..who do you trust and want to please more? The Guru or society?
  2. what do you need the 1,000 dollars for? It's 100 for publishing onto the iOS app store, and 25 for google play. also, you're gonna need a way, way better design if you want it to take off. It also seems like you're trying to do too much at once. Also, you should probably make new content, instead of copying and pasting information anyone can find anywhere.
  3. This tbh. He just copies and pastes it into every islam thread. We've all seen it
  4. Where? What determines a paap? I've never seen any quotes from the gurus on homosexuality in my lifetime
  5. I don't smoke or anything, I'm just curious-- do you know how bujjer kurehits work for non-amritdharis?
  6. May I ask why its foolish? Obviously we can't forget what the Muslims did, but they aren't our enemies today. The Indian government is against us. Loth as I am to say it, I think Jagsaw may have a point here (one which he expresses rather rudely).
  7. How do you know there's gonna be a natural unbalance? Is having only one kid or three wrong for a couple by that logic?
  8. Would you be opposed to gay marriage if both agreed to not engage in sexual relations- just curious?
  9. What do you mean there were no sants in the old days?
  10. Also, homosexuals can adopt and raise those kids in dharam too
  11. The goal of marriage in Sikhism is to have a partner in your journey to vaheguru. How do same sex marriages not have this?
  12. I was exaggerating, but we're saying the same thing: rape is hard to prove. In America, universities for example are gaining notoriety for bias against men in their tribunals (universities mostly handle it, not courts).Edit:my initial post was referring to family courts, just to clarify
  13. 1. Rape cases are different than most in that they don't typically have witnesses and end up being "he said, she said" type cases. Also, what does a low rape conviction rate have to do with bias against men. Its not like only men rapeEdit:http://www.theguardian.com/society/2013/apr/23/rape-conviction-rate-high
