  1. but whats the point of that! why would a 100k man wanna marry a rugged 39 year old woman when he could with his income marry an attract woman in her late 20s and most men with that amount of pay do marry women a lot younger women like my mums friend are just gnna remain single and unwanted time isnt a woman's friend but some women marry men who earn less my cousin brother has a really gd job and lives in an apartment in toronto canada, but his wife earns even more than he does! he was 45 when he married and she was in her l8 30s i'm sure both have lost count of how many people they have been with throughout the decades b4 they settled down but they are happily married and settled ....
  2. bro chamchrick is just trolling you! neighing and braying is the noises that a horse/donkey make. ignore him
  3. yh i never understood why people in professional jobs w8 till they are in their late 30s it never made sense to me. same with the women one of my mums friends daughter makes around £50k and shes around 39 and still can't decide who she wants to marry that just does not make sense to me. i knew this young punjabi guy he was 21 and he slept around a lot mainly with other punjabi women, he then had his last bit of fun and then told me he knows this punjabi girl from uni, really decent, rarely went out, dresses modestly and he said he gnna go on a date with her and settle down had his bit of fun and then decided to settle with one dnt understand why more people dnt do this instead of messing around till their l8 30s
  4. ^^ Punjab has one of the lowest rape rates as well while chandigarh it is quite high this is mostly because of the migrants,
  5. I hope I dnt get white hair in my dhari though b4 I get married! Iv seen singhs in their 20s with white hair in their dhari. I dnt mind white in my hair but wouldn't want white in my dhari in my 20s! I dnt think this is normal. People in india get white hair a lot later. I'm not sure why that is. Both my nana and nani died in their mid 70s and half of their hair was still black. My nanas dhari half of it was a really dark grey. Iv seen this alot in bazurgs in punjab.
  6. I like the irish never had a negative experience with one even the travelers lol. We have a traveller family living 2 houses down from ours and they only talk to asian neighbours they dnt talk to the english neighbours lol! This old irish lady in her 70s that we used to work with told us how hard it used to be being irish in england. She told us how the english used to discriminate against them because they were Catholics/irish If you were catholic then they didnt give you jobs and used to reject you. You weren't allowed to enter their pubs, catholic kids were rejected from schools, you were a second class citizen if you were catholic. A lot of segregation. She told us this in the canteen because us asians were talking about how the white managers favour the white staff and let the white staff get away with stuff, she then joined in and told us she understands where we are coming from she also said theres no point complaining or moaning about it because discrimination will always be there she was like just get on with it lol She always used to sit on the "asian/black" table in the canteen not the "English table" lol
  7. Astonishing benefits of ice-cold showers Catapult your morning routine Toni Koraza Oct 14, 2018 · 6 min read Photo by John Fornander on Unsplash I’m trying to open my eyes in defiance. They are fighting back. Rebellion is the only thing on my mind. My mouth is dry and thirsty. The alarm rings my ears off. My thoughts are commanding me not to move. Muscles lie still, too stiff to move. Time on the alarm clock — 5:00 a.m. “Don’t get up. Shhh. It’s too early. Stay here. 5 more minutes. That is all you need, buddy. It’s cold outside”. This is a trap, I thought. My mind doesn’t want me to grind. It is not my best friend right now. And it’s not going to like what I do next either. A horde of voices is screaming unanimously in discomfort. It was so nice swimming in the sea of dreamland. They can’t come to peace. Comfort has to end now. I’m going to work more than 12 hours today. If I don’t get up now and get ready, I might never make it on time. Being productive straight off is another challenge. Maybe even a bigger one. I need a clear mind and a strong body. We are going to hustle today. Nobody cares if it’s hard to get out of bed. It doesn’t matter if you only slept just a few hours. Time on the alarm clock — 05:01 a.m. This minute was more then I needed. I’m already late. Dragging my body out of the comforts of my favorite place on the planet. Entering the bathroom. Looking at the shower. My eyes are aiming at the blue dot on the shower commands. I took a step back. Took a deep breath. This is rebellion I thought again. Can’t let my mind have a saying in this. I’m not doing anything rational right now. I set the temperature to Ice cold. Water started pouring down. I jumped in before my mind had a thing to add. It burns at first. Like a stream of fire is flowing down your body. Next thing you know, you are grasping for breath. There is a strong tightening sensation in your chest. I’m getting reborn - it feels like. After a minute, you get used to the temperature. It is far from pleasant, but it gets bearable. With every passing second, you start feeling this immense rush of energy. It feels astonishing. Like a victory. First one today. A grand battle is soon to be over. Your mind and body are not begging to go back to the comfort of the dreamland anymore. They are in alignment with your goals. Eager to get going. You are ready for the battle royale. I’m getting out of the shower like a Wolverine after instantly regenerating from the bullet wounds. Wanting to shout out from the top of my lungs. It feels fantastic. Time on the alarm clock — 05:12 a.m. Carpe Diem. Photo by Alekzan Powell on Unsplash “The medicine it’s three times everyday taking cold water shower.” ― Deyth Banger The case for taking cold showers. You just woke up. There is an important day up ahead. What are you going to do first? Think about a cold shower. Are you crazy? Some might think. It is not least pleasant at first. I know. It sounds agonizing. like something, a madman would do first thing in the morning. Just insane. But the truth is, you get used to it. And it is proven to have plenty of jaw-dropping benefits. After a while, you start appreciating it. Even loving it. You might already realize it builds a strong mental resolve. Or wakes you up faster than a double shot of espresso. There are also a number of other captivating benefits. Let’s mention a few grand ones! They increase alertness Once you step into a cold shower you’ll feel your body going for an instant deep breath. It is a natural response to the sudden change of temperature. Such a response is signaling body to keep us warm. It increases overall oxygen available in our body. This is rushing our heart to pump faster and release a rush of blood through our body. A process like this fuels us with the fresh dose of defying energy. 2. Cold showers reduce stress levels Jumping into a cold shower eases our response to stress. This promotes greater tolerance and overall resilience in trying situations. Such an action drastically lowers uric acid levels and boosts Glutathione in your blood — as this study finds out. Are you ready to be an ice-cold badass? 3. They stimulate weight loss Some people might already know this. There are 2 types of fat tissue we can find in our bodies storage. We distinguish white fat from brown fat. White fat is considered to be a bad kind of fat. It is accumulated through eating more calories then we need to function. It is an ugly kind of fat. Usually, we can see it piling up around our bellies, lower back or thighs. On the other hand, there is brown fat. Good kind of fat. It is activated when our body needs to heal itself up. Especially when our bodies are exposed to extreme temperature swings — like cold showers. A 2009 study found that cold showers might help you loose up to 9 pounds in a year. 4. Cold showers improve skin and hair Feeling better. Looking better. Like there was more motivation needed. Cold showers are the most natural way of maintaining your skin and hair appearance. Hot water has a tendency to dry your skin. Especially, if we stay in the shower for too long. On the other hand, cold water tightens the pores on your skin and your scalp. This helps fight the dirt from getting in. It gives your hair and your skin a shinier and healthier look. 5. Improves circulation Getting a cold shower stimulates your body to send more blood through your organs. In an attempt to keep ourselves warm, we start pumping blood in a more efficient manner. Overall, such a practice increase hearth and cardiovascular health. It lowers blood pressure, clear blocked arteries, and improves our immune system — this study finds. 6. Cold showers ease depression One of the most important benefits of cold showers might be their role in combating depression. The skin has a high density of cold receptors. Much more than the warm ones. These receptors, when being exposed to cold water, send a mesmerizing amount of electrical impulses to the brain. Resulting in antidepressive mental boost — according to this study. Cold showers might be a hard habit to form. They are a savage way to start your day. They sound agonizing at first. But they end up producing the exciting benefit for the overall mind and body. They are an experience which pushes you to be a better functioning human being. As you feel better and look better you tend to perform better. There is only an upside to catapulting your morning routine with a cold shower.
  8. I'm really not surprised by this Punjab/India police have been doing this for a very long time. In the 80s they used to strip Sikh fathers and daughters in front of each other. Its well known fact that Punjab/Indian police sexually abuse the people they arrest. They use their lattis to torture and sexually abuse men/women The whole of India is a violation of human rights and dignity. The policeman who had is hand chopped off is being hailed a hero on every indian news channel, i wouldn't be surprised if they give him a padma shri for getting his hand chopped off look at all of this these are old photos this is how they behave 2011 punjab police forcefully took off a singhs dastar remember this one? from few years back
  9. There is nothing jewish about israel. The basis if the israeli nation is a biblical promise, yet nearly 50% is Israelis are actually atheists yet they use a biblical promise to justify the creation of israel. Does that make any sense?
  10. Why are they standing like as if they have dildos shoved up their backsides? And I'm guessing the whacky sense of fashion is their way of making themselves look like modern progressive city sikhs. These kind of people see their white "friends" as a badge of honour like a medal on their suit
  11. Yh when they dressed like that then you know they're <banned word filter activated> lickers
  12. i dnt know if they do this in india but you hear christians say "jesus loves you" all the time its like their main phrase. "jesus loves you" "jesus wasnts to help you" "save you" "he died for you" etc now imagine some guy whose had a couple of sh1t last few months and is depressed stuff like "jesus loves you" "he died for you" stuff like that can mean quite a bit for som1 whose feeling depressed! these christians play with your emotions they take advantage of depressed people in poorer countries and even in these countries while sikhs will say do some path and simran and everything will be ok which is true but there is no emotion involved in saying that if that makes sense. there isnt that human to human connection in sikhs its one of the reasons why bhai jagraj singh was so successful. imagine som1 who is in debt in india/punjab and depressed he goes gurdwara what does he get from that? then some christian tells him jesus loves him and jesus will help him there is a difference ... people openly talk about their problems in christian circles we dnt do that
  13. desperate christians will go any length to promote their faith. a few yrs back i walked out of the train station and a black woman was standing outside and her little boy was giving leaflets out coz it was kid and giving you something you feel bad so you take the leaflet and as i was walking i checked the leaflet out and it was an invitation to their church! their even using kids to give leaflets out because they know people wont refuse something that a little kids is giving to them! normally when you see middle aged fat women wearing long skirts handing out leaflets you know their Christians and everyone walks past them. anyway there was this punjabi lady walking who got of the train and was walking in front of me, she also took a leaflet from the kid when she realized it was christian rubbish she turned around and told me that they are trying to convert us, she was one of those fiery punjabi ladies and got annoyed she was like wherever you look every1 is trying to convert us, she then told me that she lives in southall and every morning walks to the gurdwara to do seva she said she normally walks past a paki man and his son waiting for the bus and once the man asked her where she goes every morning and she said i told him i go to the gurdwara to do sewa and then she said he turned around and said to her why dnt you trying coming mosque! she said i said to him why dnt you keep your kesh and become a sikh and if you dont want to then "jaa marja ja ke" lol
  14. yh but bani tells us you get tortured in hell as well if you have done wrong things. its a actual physical place as well. But yeah its a state of mind as well a house which has no love for guru, no bani or remembrance of god then that house is narak
  15. Gurbani also talks about hell and jamdhoots torturing you yet you hardly hear about his in katha at the gurdwara iv come across so many sikhs who dnt even know that we believe in hell etc my cousin sister was asking me about the after life and i told her about dharam raj, jamdoots etc and how bhai rams book talks about his experience and her reply was "but sikhs don't believe in hell" sadhu singh was a sikh who became a christian during the british raj sikhs used to throw stones and bricks at his house and windows for being a traitor now they dnt care anything goes
  16. feminism is used as a tool to bring about negative social changes under the guise of "women rights" who was at the forefront of the sexual liberation/revolution movement in the 70s etc ? feminists have now grouped up with leftists and gays this trio is now being used to push gay agenda into schools i know what your saying, i understand but you need to understand how they are using it as a tool to mess things up.
  17. they probably use some of the"charity" to buy private jets, islands and yachts whenever they need new ones. heart foundation, research etc are all that stuff is sponsored by million $ beef companies, kfc etc the very stuff that drives you closer to heart attacks
  18. I personally dont give a crap about feminism and all that rubbish. If my sister wears something which I do not approve of then she ain't allowed to wear that. But shes decent and she never wears inappropriate stuff but she knows the kind of response she would get from me if she does. The other day there was some dress being advertised on tv and me and my mum were sitting there too. My sister turned around and asked my mum if she is allowed to wear that, but she was really asking me. It was a bit above the ankles and I said a simple big fat no she then looked at my mum for a response and she didnt say anything. Makeup dnt bother me even when she wears a lot. But clothes they have to be modest and covered its important for a woman to dress modestly. That's how its works in my house dnt give a sh1t what any1 thinks If I dnt approve of something then it's a no simple as.
  19. marriage talk makes me all anxious lol coz im 27 now and I should of been married by now! Thing is I do get rishtas within the last couple of months theres 3 rishtas that I can remember but I'm keep on saying no to all I wanna meet som1 myself rather than arranged marriage that's the thing! that's why I'm keep on saying no but my parents are getting inpatient as well now. A few weeks back at the gurdwara I had a girl come upto to me asking me if I'm married and I said no and she said shes asking for her cousin who wants to get married i just said to her that I'm already with someone lol I told my mum this and she said people are finding it really hard to get married and rishtas etc so people are now resorting to asking at gurdware etc Idnno I wanna get something sorted my the end of this yr. I hope god has mercy on me and introduces me to som1 I would really appreciate that lol jke
  20. People can easily get killed or sent to prison in india for questioning stuff like this Where does money ever go in india? Or anywhere else This country been sending africa millions for decades through charities yet people still poor there whys that? I used to watch that red nose day charity programme as a kid and they used to raise millions for africa in just one night where did all that go
  21. look at these clowns their all @ss lickers you can tell just by looking at them who appointed these people to represent us? i didn't why do clowns like these feel like they are a voice for the rest of us
  22. current wave of feminists are man haters and a joke they are corrupting society theres a feminist on youtube complaining her company is sexist because they not turning the air con off feminists fought for a vote which doesn't even matter lol how is your situation as a female any different depending on which party runs the country? how has your life changed? men or women votes dont count just makes people feel they are doing something important lol!
