Can anyone help me out? Btw Gurmeet Singh Shaant sinngs it wonderfully absolutly divine, really brings out the birr rass in the shabad. i have spoken to the admin of the library and they said they will keepmaharaj in the back in a clean rummala on a high shelf. i am now going to talk to my local gurudwara to try and get maharaj out of the library and all other translations of sggs sdgs ssgs out tof the libraries and into gurudware.

so are you saying that the bani that Akali Nihung Guru Gobind Singh Ji wrote is worthless and should not be given any heed to? remember we cannot make amrit without reading 5 bania, and amrit is a gift from god, which ordains the most perfect and elite society the khalsa. Without amrit we are nothing and without jaap sahib choupei sahib and tav prasad swaiye we cannot make amrit and even a fool knows where these three bania come from. so your saying that just because akali shri dasam granth is not our guru we should not give maharaj that much respect.

ok so your saying that maharaj is a living being (which i totally agree with) and if maharaj is a living being then maharaj i smade of 5 tath, because thats what lving beings are made of. therefore whats the difference between a murti and maharaj, because to hindus a murti is an imbodiment of which ever of their gods its reverred for and maharaj is the embodiment of our 10 guru sahibs. see the connections?

we have idols all around us wherever we go. So your saying that in your house you dont have ornaments in the very house that you keep you gutke? Plus in the days of our beloved gurus they met hindus from all denominations who were all idol worshipers yet they still managed to recieve audience of maharaj. *EDITED*, so what if there are idols there, in india every pind has a mandir where murti pooja happens so are you saying that a gurudwara shouldnt be built in the same pind, see from one extreme to the other. whats wrong with a tikka, does it affect a persons sikhi? Infact it shows respect to your dasam dwar or your minds eye which is the rout to god

well hair shouldnt be plucked for any cosmetic reasons because its against gurmat, however claims that it effects the spine etc are questionalble and hair is made of keratin which is not living they are dead cells
