  1. Just came across this news. Very sad to hear about this kind of thing happening to our people. RIP Having read the story it seems like Bajaj should have done some martial art training before getting in a fight. Its okay to try and fight to defend but first you should be trained up and be ready for the fight. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-49449771
  2. A n investigation is under way after a major brawl involving bottles, knives and even swords erupted in west London. Officers were called to the fight on King Street, Southall, involving around 40 men just after midnight on Sunday, Ealing Police said. Two men, in their 20s, who carried swords during the violent confrontation were chased into St Johns Road, the force reported. They were arrested for violent disorder and affray and remained in police custody on Monday morning. There were no reported injuries from the disorder. Detectives said they are continuing to identify those involved. Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference 136/17jan. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/fight-southall-police-knives-sword-b900098.html?utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1610960697
  3. There was a fight in Renton Wa at the local Gurdwara. No idea what this is over, was hoping maybe someone had insight as to what is going on over there? Its apparently due to "religious difference going on within our community" and started a few weeks ago when there was another fight at Gurdwara in Kent.. Could it be related to that wedding that took place in California? https://www.kiro7.com/news/local/police-firefighters-respond-possible-assault-sikh-temple/6YMCWNFHSREE7GMH5PMO7YRRIQ/
  4. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹਿ I'm really confused about Harnam Dhumma. Is he Jathedar? At first he's been meeting with the anti Sikh Akali Dal and now he has sent a letter (along singh Nihang Jathedars) to Akal Takt to kick Clown ? Nidar (RSS guy in the UK pretending to be a Nihang Singh) out the Panth! Hypocrisy. His chele have reasntly atacked Nihang Singh Fauja at Mehta Chownk! Please help me.
  5. I read somewhere once that some sikh guy beated a ghost up. Apparently he went out of his body by doing mool mantar and BEATED the ghost up! I wanna beat up ghosts too. How do i do it?
  6. In sikhi we are taugh to respect our elders, i am not sure where this teaching came from, and dont know if it is right, what if we disagree adn the child is right and the adult is forcing wrong views.....?
  7. I think it has happened for second time when my mother out of frustration hit her own head with shoe , because me and dad were quarelling over something and i tend to become very loud and aggressive. She starts crying loudly and hit her own head with shoe repeatedly cursing her damn fate ,because my dad was mostly alcoholic and she has suffered like this for all her life. but when me and dad have a verbal fight, my dad is unrelenting (some ppl used to call him "turk" for this reason perhaps) and no mercy. I am wondering if i will get the karmic punishment for making my mom cry and her hitting her own head with shoes ?
  8. Waheguru ji ka khalsa, Waheguru ji ki fateh Just came across this story and it made me sick to my stomach. I don't even know what to say, this is what alcohol does to people. Instead of finding Waheguru they find alcohol and "punjabi-ism". They were beating people laying on the ground defenceless because they were drunk and angry. Those that are getting arrested have Singh in their name, bringing bad perceptions onto our community. Something really needs to be done. See this article and then theres a link in there to more information where it says updates http://www.eastbaytimes.com/2017/05/09/police-banquet-hall-brawl-in-fremont-involved-35-50-people-several-injured/
  9. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fatteh Who can you learn shasta vidiya from apart from Nidar Singh and is in the Birmingham area?
  10. How do we stop these fascist type people? They really piss me off but I look in front of me and theres no one to punch in the face.
  11. I seen this on youtube today. Anyone have any idea as to why they are fighting and why the Singh would allow the other to talk? Getting quite sad really that this is a common occurrence.
  12. there was a big fight at sedgley street wolverhampton this sunday. can anyone say what happened to cause the problem? i heard a drunk man came and took knife out and offered people out
  13. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Vaheguru Ji Ke Fateh! Sangat Ji, Many of you may have noticed or experienced this on a daily basis too - the attitude and comments from Muslim/Pakistani guys walking past you in the street - day or night. I'm pretty much sick of it (along with the majority no doubt). It seems to happen everyday. When walking somewhere I always get a Muslim guys deliberately barge into me or say "Kidha Paaji" or something stupid related to bhangra because I'm a Singh. I know there's no getting away from these people as they breed like rats no matter where in the UK you go. Earlier today I was happily walking home from the Gurdvara reciting Bani and again a Muslim guy shouts from ahead walking towards me "Oh Singh" in a daft voice and then changed direction on the footpath to come in front of me with his elbow sticking out to barge into me. I countered it by slightly moving as I seen it coming. I didn't say anything or look back as I was reciting Bani and didn't want krodh to get the better of me plus there were two of them and I'm not exactly a large person. These people burn at the site of us Singh's. They really need to be dealt with like we did in the praatan samah as the government seem to be afraid of them - if we stick together they can't exactly arrest the whole Sikh community! Have any of the sangat had similar (worse or not so worse) incidents and how do you deal with them? I know it may sound childish but there comes a point where enough is enough. They're talking our Singhniya and we are watching it happen. Admin ji, bhul chuk maaf karayo ji. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Vaheguru Ji Ke Fateh!
  14. Anyone know what happened? What was the cause? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gupQ2p6edA

  16. Hello, My question is what do you do if you are involved in a fight and your turban falls off , or the 'enemy' tries to rip it off? What would you ? Would you fight and dont care if your hair is seen? Take it off by yourself and wouldnt give him the chance to take it off? Run away? Please some serious thoughts - because this can happen everywhere and everytime . I mean if someone else sees your hair, what would you do/think/react?
