waheguru ji kekhalsa, waheguru ji ke fateh

Pyare jio maharaja Duleep singh tried to get an army to get his kingdom back, but he was unable to do so and died a broken man. Christianity was enforced on him throughout his life, so when it came to his death, I would be sure they buried him.

I do not think they were interested in what his choice was.

His body is buried in the graveyard in Elveden. He did become a sikh again for a few years after his flight from England and whilst he was in Paris and Russia but he recanted publically and became a christian again before he died. this is evidenced in his own letters, his will (which asks for him to be buried) and a diary entry by Queen Victoria with whom he met before he died. She described him and it is quite clear that he wasnt "keshadhari" at that meeting.

"Cemeteries don't have "fake" graves they either have the body of the deceased person or a tomb is made for the person"

says who? The punjabi soldier who was born into a sikh family, who died in the iraqi war has a tomb stone to commemerate him and it has a khanda on it. It doesnt matter if the body is there, as long as you are willing to pay the price for the tomb.
