Super natural expereinces

Has anyone had out of body expereinces or other super natural experiences?

Anyone else experience anything like this?

I'm sure it happened to alot of people here who meditate and sometimes will go into deep meditation or soemthing might have just happened out of the blue. Please share...

that's so good guydude. i hope i can reach that level one day. so far meditation has been the best stress RELIEF i've tried

I just want to ask others and their expereinces, both times these things occured to me but I was scared and did not go through with them. I am by no means higher spiritually then anybody and I'm not trying to inspire becuase there is nothing there. I just want to know other's experiences. I was reading a book on meditation and it said to ignore the supernatural stuff and just keep meditating.

I've read few books on out of body stuff and even gorays agree that a person can go out of his body but his soul is tied to his body by some sort of rope and knot and apparently this not is released when a person dies.

Guroo Arjan Dev says:

Guru Nanak Dev says:

The knot has been opened, get up

the written order has come (Tukmari M.1. P.1110)

A lot of people use to tell that if you do experience all this kinda things its better not to go around telling. Whatever "powers" you might have got from doing your meditation might get lost .. dunno how true is this.. this is wut ive heard ...

Trust me sis you are on a higher level. I'm totally inconsistent, these things sometimes just happen, personally I did not think it was a satisfying expereince at all as I was quite afraid.
