Simple is then take your pic which you want to go to! May be, whichever is closer? So like instead of people traveling from up north to down south then they can go half way etc.

If both donate to the same place then it will be even better!!!!!

As far as i know, the double booking was a mistake, it was noticed after the posters were made hence the date has now just been kept. There is a donation line on the website so if people cant attend, they can still donate money (this was done by a proper charity organisation, i think its one of the hospitals that have taken it up to do this seva?)
