Pets And Ggsj In The House

vaaaheguroojeekeefatheh !!!!!

i'm sure many sikhs from puratan times had pets, but they had special spaces for the pets and they were not allowed to roam around upstairs.

keep in mind that a dog / cat walks all around the house in bare feet, licks him/herself in the private areas, and does not do ishnaan every morning.

it's not anything else - animals are beautiful and they are living creatures that should be respected and cared for. however, just be careful of their lack of cleanliness interfering with respect for guru maharaj and your shastars and bana.

for example, you would not want a cat or dog drooling all over your bana, then you forget to change your bana and go and do maharaj's seva.

it's all about common sense with hygeine and cleanliness, and sharda with regards to guru granth sahib ji's suroop and your shastars and your bana.

please forgive me for my mistakes

Just to put a funny side to this topic,

I have a skunk as a pet, and wherever he goes. u hear choking noises then obscenities then his name being shouted to get out of the house.. LOL.gif

Its hilarious when mum have guests. We put him in the room with the aunty ji’s and stand back to see and hear the fire works… LOL.gif
