Nagaras Playing By Themselves

Recommended Posts

Apparently, y'day on Alpha Sant Singh Maskeen mentioned in his katha that at Hazur Sahib, the Nagare were beating by themselves for some time. Sant Singh wanted to see this for himself, and he witnessed it too!! d_oh.gif He said it was devtai who were playing them as they wanted to be born in human form, and so Singh ji said that when they get their wish, the nagarai will stop. And so shortly after, they did stop!! wow! Does anybody have more info on this?

Sant Singh ji led such an amazing life, witnessing many amazing things, can't wait to read his biography!

Yeh i think i watched it too!

He was talking about Spirits etc... i think he said that a very wise puratan baba had died and his soul remained at Hazur Sahib because it was seeking a mother, sant ji explained, a spirit when it dies seeks a mother with the same sanskar as itself when it dies. Sant ji also explained how a good spirit does not do bad things, instead it tries to make itself heard to others and thats why it continued doing seva and playing the nagarai...Sant ji mentioned he visited the place after 4 years and the Nagarai had stopped because the Spirit had found a mother with the same wise and gurmukh sanskar... pray.gif

Hazoor Sahib is amazing! Daas just got back from my trip to all the gurdware of India.

Another fascinating thing is that only the jathedaar there can go inside hazoor sahib's sachkhand (with all the shastarr), once a man claiming he should be the next jathedaar struggled with the pehredaar singh, and forcefully entered just when he put his left foot in to enter, when half of his body was inside the room, it became adhrang (dead), so he lost one of his legs and one of his arms, and one side of his body stayed that way until he passed away, many years later, the energy there is amazing as well!

Only problem in Hazoor Sahib is that they do the manmat of aarti (candle-light) rotating it in circles like the hindus do, other than that its worth seeing, vaheguru.
