Programme Clash

waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguruj ji ki fateh

There's an atam ras keertan in leeds on the same day as the bradford rehansbai.

Why are the organisers either very ignorant of other local programmes or,

(the usual case) unsupportive of keertan programmes organised by the jatha.

it happens.

besides, not all Sikhs go to AKJ rehansbhais. You should be happy the saadh sangat have a choice and those who do not go rehansbhais will do saadh sangat in Leeds and those who do go to Rehansbhais will be able to go to the Rehansbhai in Bradford. I think its all good :@

i'm sorry but the sevadaars involved with kirtan seva uk who organise atam ras etc in my opinion do a great seva and are not ignorant of other programmes and IF there is a clash i don't think they would be petty enough to purposely do it on the same day, i hope you appreciate how difficult their task may be as they only have a limited amount of time to host these events.

and apologies again but not everything revolves around "the jatha"

and 3rdly as Golee Maro said above "you should be happy the saadh sangat have a choice" Vaheguru just imagine all that Gurbani which will be sung and how much sangat can come and sit in Guru ji's charan and take laha

bhul chuk maaph

You do not know who the "Jatha" are? What planet you been on? Everyone knows who the "Jatha" are! LOL..

That still doesnt answer my question dear sir? :@ @

The "Jatha" in this context is the terminology used by indvidual of the Akhand Kirtan Jatha to describe themselves. Something I only learned recently too!

Are these Singh/Singhnia stating that this "jatha" is THE "Jatha"?

Thats the impression i get from this?

Sorry for mistakes.

Maybe...who knows....sometimes it does feel like that...depends who you talk to..

The older Singhs from the AKJ tend to be very unified when they speak about Sikhi. The younger Singhs from the AKJ don't seem to be more "jathafied". I might be generalising here. Sorry for the offence..
