i dn't think it really matters... as long as your focusing and taking into account what the shabad is saying

it's probably a bit better to do it yourself, though..just using common sense..

it's probablyt a lot easier for your mind to wnader when you're jus listening to it.... doing it with a gutka really makes you focus on the words on the paper, and therefore it's harder for your mind to jump here and ther.e..

ulness you've got your mind controlled to a high level, then i'd say try to DO the baani as much as possible.. listening is never a bad thing, but doing it probably helps keep your mind on the ball

I would prefer reading over listening, as japmans said when reciting, u get both.

BUT THE BEST WOULD BE IF YOU COULD CLOSE U'R EYES AND THEN RECITE..DATS DA BEST FEELING YOU WILL EXPERIENCE EVER :TH:
