WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH!!!.......Iam Disgusted to see the state of our gurudwara's in southall percificly the main two gurudwara's in southall, Havlock Singh Shaba Gurudwara and Park Avnu Gurudwara. The pictures Iam about to show you are very disturbing and very ashaming to think that this is a gurudwara a place of guru ji's. There is over 60 PICTURES OF THE STATE OF OUR GURUDWARA'S IN SOUTHALL...Why Isnt HIMAT SOHI DOIN NOTHIN BUT EATIN ALL THE MONEY WHAT OUR SANGHAT IS PROVINDING FOR A GOOD CAUSE. THESE PICTURES SAYS IT ALL. HIMAT SOHI GETS ALOT OF FUNDING AND MONEY FROM EVERY CORNER BUT DO U EVER SEE AN IMPROVEMENT IN THE GURUDWARA NO! IM ANGREY TO SEE OUR GURUDWARA LIKE THIS AND I WANT SOMETHING TO BE DONE. TO MA FELLOW SIKHS OUT THEIR PLEASE LOOK AT THIS AND GET TOGEATHER SO WE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT OUR GURUDWARA OR ELS IT WILL BE SHUT DOWN BY THE COUNCIL DUE TO THE STATE ITS IN!

IN A FEW YEARS THEIR WILL BE NO GURUDWARA AT THE RATE ITS GOIN AT. MY FELLOW SIKHS LOOK AT THIS DISTRUCTION ON WHT IS GOIN ON! ITS ABOUT TYME HIMAT DOES SOMETHING TO THE GURUDWARA INSTEAD OF PUTTIN ALL THE MONEY IN HIS POCKET! WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH!!!

hmmmm welll from looking at most pictures its onlyy dirt, soo basicallly why not get a few people together and clean it or if a paint job is needed then im sure someone in southhall must own a paintbrushh! thats nothing compared to the state of gurdwara in other areass

Can i be the first to say that your a crap photographer and i went there last week and the Gurdwaras seemed awesome you must be one of those people who go there and inspect every corner with a magnifying glass :D , i also ate the food there and damn was it tasty holy cow i gobbled it down like a goblin <dont know what that means just sounded funny>

lol, The Gurudwara isnt in that bad a shape, although Sohi is, never the less im sure a few sewadar could easily sort that out. Only last the week before the Nagar Keertan all the Langar hall at Park avenue was re-painted which was really overdue, all the graes had built up on all the roof and walls but looks great now

If there is that big a proble, why write it on here? Why not get some people in the area together and sort it out or talk to Sohi about it?

yes i have alreadi tryd askin the commity, a week or so before election day i lookd at the state of park avnu n i was deeply saden and i askd the comity members if we could paint it n replace the craked windows, the comity meber replyd in ' wait til the elections are over then see who wins then we will decide' n wen we try to do seva the comity has a hard tyme and doesnt realli let us do ne ting. N its nice to see how people judge me so easily call me a 'crap phtographer' etc id lyke to c u go ahed n try n do something gud. if someone isnt happi of the state of the gurudwara something shud b done n thats why ive posted this to make awareness. by the way u sai that the langar was lovely did you know their was a rat in the langar hall n me n some other sikh youths had to clear it out of the building?? ne way the matter of the fact is the gurudwara isnt hw it was when it 1st opened or newear near it, the carpet its all stained no1 seems to care about it, ive taken pictures to make awareness to people out there. 1 or 2 sikhs cannnot clean the whole gurudwara's in southall it will be a very long process. That is why ive posted this to get more sevadars together n help us to make our gurudwara's a beta place 4 everyone.... n if someone doesnt agree with doin seva then dont botha riting ne ting irelevent either. Kool yeh i know the problems u write about, if you need Sevadaars I'm here to help just let me know when...as much as it is guru ka langar - no1 seems to treat it that way...the mircha for exampl had been under a table for who knows how long...and we had to seperate the good ones from the bad...it was groos, but some of the old ladies were telling us off for throwing some off ones away? they said they're perfectly fine etc....a lot of people get food poisoning from eating there as well, my dad being one of those people...but neways its clear the committee arent doing much, so i guess rounding up some people is your best option init

I have done my own investigation and i am in the process of writing a letter to the commitee to sort this out my pics include ones of tha langar hall in park ave within which cockraoches roam freely ,the roof leaks and fan system dnt wrk -u cll this food hygiene??????????????also shws a window broken and rubbish tht has been piling up within it for over 4 yrs ,garden lights which once illuminated the gurdwara in a blue light no longer work or have plants obstructing them a lampost in the carpark which is bent 2 side and just about standing,other pix shw the domes at havelock gurdwara falling apart with moss and grass growing on them due to bad maintenece,a stained glass window within which a hole is getting bigger day by day ,pillars in the new gurdwara are dirty and need to be cleaned but havent we should pressure commitee to restore park ave and havelock gurdwara to thier former glory as they are the pride of southalls sikh community and any sikh with a heart would feel inside him/herslef saddended to see our guru ghars in this state ,why is food left in havelock carpark cmon its langar man why leave it 2 da rats i persoannly have seen 2 mice at havelock in dalangar runig around they laeve food in the carpark for gods sake polish up da place onc ein a while if not repair it THE BIGGEST GURDWARA OUTSIDE INDIA IS FALLING APART AND WE ARE JUST WATING IT GET WORSE AND WORSE .
