rom is the name give to all ur hair apart from ur head that is caleed kesh so kumi penji is correct

FATEH !!

Wrong

If thats the case why is it said that SIKHS are not supposed to cut hair from any part of the body ?? why dont they say you shoudln't cut kesh and rom from your body ??

Rom means pores on your body. Hair can not be rom.

you can't say hair on head are kesh and the rest are rom.

Gurbani does not directly say keep your hair, or keep 5 k's or any of the Rehat that is required. It all comes from other sources such as Rehat Naamas written by the original Panj Pyarays and Mukhti Naama written by Guru Gobind Singh Ji and other sources.

Katha on Mukhti Naama is very interesting, it tells in detail what a Sikh can and can not do, it's a must listen:

Katha

I learned A LOT from this Katha, I thought I knew something about Sikhi, it really opened my eyes.

"Listen to this command oh beloved, this is the essential pre-requisite to attain my darshan. Without arms and kesh I will not give you darshan."

where is this tuk from?? dasam granth or sarab loh granth?

in in japji sahib we say

eik dhoo jeebha lakh hohi lakh hovehi lakh vees

If I had 100, 000 tongues, and these were then multiplied twenty times more, with each tongue,

lakh lakh gaerraa aakheeahi eaek naam jagadhees |

I would repeat, hundreds of thousands of times, the Name of the One, the Lord of the Universe.

our hairs become our lakh jeebha and we go into rom rom .. every hair on our body begins to do simran

well i might be wrong
