Guru Nanak is Satguru which is above any messiah or prophet. Where Mohammed or other prophets received their messages through angels (supposedly) Guru Nanak was in direct communion with God.

Satguru is a part of God. Satguru is the Guru form of God which is there to lead the soul back to God.

In response to your second question, no where in Sri Guru Granth Sahib did Guru Nanak say that there will be 10 Gurus or anything like this. Although in the Karninama which is the discussion with Rukunuddin in Mecca there is mention of this fact. This is not Gurbani however.
