Can someone explain to me why we need dhols playing at a nagar kirtan? Should we not have kirtan playing?

i dont mind dhol - but it shouldnt be played to a point where u cant hear kirtan or simran and the players (as well as everyone else) should be behind Guru Ji at a nagar kirtan - also bhangra has no place in sikhi :umm: theres a tuk here bout it somewhere.....
