im trying to help someone install and use Gurbani fonts on their computer. weve downloaded and installed the font pack. all of the letters appear in microsoft word on my computer (can type gurmukhi normally), but not theirs<< theres just a list of all the regular fonts.

even when we look at the keyboard layouts, you cant see the punjabi akhar. its all letters of the english alphabet.

this is quite urgent, so if anyone knows how to fix this, pleaseeeeee let me know asap!!

It looks like it didn't install correctly.

What I would do, is go into your C:\Windows\fonts folder (this is where all the fonts are located) and copy whatever fonts you want your friend to have. (copy it onto a USB key, CD, or just email it). Then on their computer, put it into their C:\Windows\fonts folder. It will show that it is installing each font. Once that is done, restart your program, and it should work.
