The Simplest Of Things

A smile................is simple facial expression............where, on a physical level......is simply turning ur lips upwards...............on a personal level where one smiles from the heart.........and as the smile transends accross the entire face..........we slowly see a total transformation.............the eyes glow.......we can see the radiant light coming from them..........we are instantly comforted............

we dont know why someone smiles........a happy thought, memory or simply being in that state of mind.................we feel good and a smile is a result.............the body becomes sraight and uplifted..........the mind is happy and contented............waheguru begins to wisper at our soul......the mouth beings to chant to quench the thirsy soul........slowly at first and then becomes faster and faster, the mouth stops moving and the mind takes over...........until all sense of thought, time space seems oblivious...................

All this can be seen the SMILE of a true Gursikh
