Vaheguruuu jee..

A HUMBLE request to OntarioSikhs sevadaars. Please note that sikhvibes.com requests that you ask permission before putting up any recordings from our site on other sites, so that the efforts of the sevadars who brought you the recordings is recognized. We are not asking for any individual recognitions. Also please keep all attributes/file info unchanged for each file.

We do not mind if any site puts up our recordings as long as seva done by SikhVibes.com is recognized! :)

Thank you jeeo :D

SikhVibes.com sevadars DID NOT record these recordings, I didn't see any of the sikhvibes sevadars at the site so don't claim them to be yours when they aren't, you're not fooling anyone but yourselves.

You guys are trying to make it a competition between the two sites and calling it "seva".

I'm just stating the facts, I don't really care about where/who did them, they're gurbani no-one can put a name, or price on that, if you think you have by putting a label of SikhVibes on these recordings then you've missed the plot and you'll look stupid doing it.

Chalo guru sahib knows the rest.

There is no "I" in seva jeeo. There are not two sites we are doing competition with. All we are saying is seva that is done, should be recognized. This goes for any other site and its sevadars (ie. akj.org, keertan.org, keertan.net), if recordings are DIRECTLY downloaded from their site, recognize it.

This is the same thing as taking the code of sikhitothemax and launching a similar program, without acknowledging the efforts and seva of the sikhitothemax team. (Remember by doing this, or for keertan seva and acknowledging a site, does not reveal seva of an individual!)

Downloading other keertan from other sites and putting it up as your own, whats the point of that?

The recordings were done by SikhVibes team, YES they were there, and the recordings WERE downloaded from our site and then put up on another site as their own. Its a known fact that if you do that, you SHOULD recognize where you get them from. Its not about 'naming' a file after someone and claiming it be someones, its about recognizing seva done and the right thing to do!

Chalo, we can not control that and yes guru saahib knows all, so its all good! :)

Bhul chuk maaph jee
