Need Santiya Nitnem

was wondering if anyone knows where i can get Sanitya nitnem (where bani is read slowly and each pronounciation can be heard slowly)

also anyone got this shabad :

thoo t(h)aakur thum pehi aradhaas

You are our Lord and Master; to You, I offer this prayer.

jeeo pi(n)dd sabh thaeree raas

This body and soul are all Your property.

thum maath pithaa ham baarik thaerae

You are our mother and father; we are Your children.

You alone know Your state and extent.

naanak dhaas sadhaa kurabaanee

I found Gyani Takhur Singh ji's very helpful. They have recorded nitnem in different speeds. I think the "Santhyia Ucharan" is what you need.

I found "Tu thakur tum pei ardaas" by using search functions on kirtan websites.

First i typed "thakur" then a lot of files by Giani Thakur singh came up then I typed "tu thakur" and "toon thakur" and I found the shabad. I also typed "thakur tum".

Its best to actually take santhia from an ustaad who has learnt and done the abhiyaas. tapes are fine, but you wudnt know when your making a mistake.
