its not only thins, you read any anng of shri guru granth sahib ji, it will tell you something special, something amazing, something that you can learn from.....

this is because, the bani has come from akaal purak itself.

(i think) its talking about Sangat... stay away from bad/negative sangat.. and it doesn't only refer to the 'physical' aspect of sangat.. its also 'internal' (i.e. maya... kaam.. krodh.. lobh... etc...) -- i.e. Kusangat....

negativity only breeds negativity... when u are around negativity it will affect ur spirituality negatively... stay around positive sangat.. people who will help ur spirituality.. people who will benefit u in life... people who are a good influence on u...

the rest... will jus weigh down ur mind, body, and soul...

I believe in order to understand this fully we must look at other examples of translations: dhaas ani(n)n maero nij roop ||

Says God: my slave is devoted only to me; he is in my very image.

Bhagat Naam Dev Ji Raag Saarang 1252

What these Shabads imply is that God speaks though the Bhagat.

Each and every word contained in the Holy Granth is the utterance of God as revealed to the Sikh Gurus and the Holy Saints. The composers of SGGS are many but the author is God Himself. God Himself directly speaks to His messengers. Evidence for this can be found in the example below which appears to be the direct conversation between God and the Guru:

siB Gt myry hau sBnw AMdir ijsih KuAweI iqsu kauxu khY ] ijsih idKwlw vwtVI iqsih BulwvY kauxu ] ijsih BulweI pMD isir iqsih idKwvY kauxu ]1] God says, all hearts are mine, and I am in all hearts. Who can explain this to the one who is confused? Who can confuse that being, unto whom I have shown the Way? And who can show the Path to that being whom I have confused since the beginning of time?” (SGGS, p952)

Thus via Bhagat Namdev the statements of Truth are revealed.

Jaise pas = As are pasoos, or roughly beasts animals

Taise Oue Nra = As are those Humans

~ Implying that their human nature is not present, rather their animal nature is present.

And to finish, is a literal example of a man without a nose,

Interestingly "How can I turn the scars into beauty marks and my limitations into advantages. ... (Psalm 32:5 NIV), written via semetic scriptures appears to be a commone theme of that time. 32 must be a number important in the general culture at that time. Although I am not sure.
