WaheGuru Ji Ka Khalsa, WaheGuru Ji Ki Fateh.

I often write poems. I have composed more than 2000 poems till date. My poems are internationally published in renowned journals. I also have my poetry book published. Recently my poems were published in http://www.sikhspectrum.com/022008/ek.htm

I am selling my poetry book at my site: http://nutracists.com/Entertainment.php

If you are Sikh, I shall be glad to provide you with my autographed book at 75% discount. The book holds philosophy and poetry inspired by the philosophical approach of Maskin ji. I therefore feel that every Sikh must read it. Your name with Singh or Kaur added to it is sufficient to avail the discounted price. Also, please let me know if there is anyone amongst us Sikhs who cannot afford this book but wants to read it. I will be happy to send the book free of cost in that case.

Some of my poems are as under:

CLONING AND FAITH

Cloning designs nothing

Beyond the command of God,

There is every inch of reason

To continue the faith in Lord.

Why should there be a need

To explain the power of God?

Whose creation can create a human

How great will be that Lord.

The birth of light from Sun

The science of light on earth

The creation of man by God

The science of clone on earth.

All that takes place

Within the boundaries of world

Is either direct by the Lord

Or by some chosen means by God.

One such medium of creation

Has been designed as human

One such supreme creation

Is designed first by Lord.

Praise the King of world

And praise his creation too

How intense is the reason now to believe <script>

Lord who bestows power to create to you too.

Nothing is beyond His control

Nothing takes without His will

All glory falls to Him

Who created the ones who can create.

***

Live a life

Only if you can strive

Not for the good of self

But for the self to be good.

* * * * *

A moment's joy

An age's despair

Life your ways

Are unfair.

* * * * *

In the difference

Between fair and material

Swings the human mind and soul,

Fate plays a game

And swing breaks

Man falls to breathe

Material world in grief.

****

With bright sunshine

When good time arrives

Ordinary smiles.

* * * * *

They rejoice on gain of loaf

They share pleasure of their own

Innocent, they believe

Just though it is

Life needs meal

Air to breathe

Love to share

Hope to dream.

* * * * *

You love and you realize

Sorrows are no surprise.

* * * * *

Life serves no roof

Many in search of secure death.

* * * * *

Dreams and Desires

The wind, the wish

Blow me high,

Wings to rise

Wings not to fly.

* * * * *

I hold it in my hand

I see the passing sky,

I feel it in my heart

Dreams high seems nigh,

You know why

I love the sky.

* * * * *

I lit a candle in solitude

With it I lit my dreams,

True, I saw a miracle real

My childhood smiling at my youth.

* * * * *

Dream the real

Love is love or fear.

* * * * *

You know not how much it means to

me

A drop of blood, a tear, a dream.

* * * * *

As drops in river

So do desires in mind,

Rise and succeed

On the command of time.

Service and Sacrifice

If I am bad

My presence will hurt,

If I am good

My absence will hurt,

Tell me how should

I rightly serve?

* * * * *

Had a desire to serve

As perfectly as the sun,

Forgive me for the darkness

My shadow did cast.

* * * * *

Designing my future

Describing my aim

Fate moves right then left

I move best!

* * * * *

Great powerful men

Shall come and go,

Their fame shall end

As time shall flow.

Forever on earth

Shall remain a story,

Of good men

And their glory.

* * * * *

To rise is not for surprise

To realize is to be wise.

* * * * *

Were airplanes made for man or ants?

If man an invention great

If ants a service fair.

* * * * *

Success glitters perfectly

In the light of goodness

And selfless work.

* * * * *

In the sweat with time

In the pain, Divine

We remember you

To forget life.

Note: The orders for mass distribution of my book in Gurudwaras in copies greater than 250 is processed only in the first week of a month and takes a week longer than the normal process. This is because these books have the cover page with "Ek Om Kar/Khanda" picture and therefore needs to be ordered especially.

Nice poems!! I love your site too and your message, which reads...

"I aim to spread neutrality of thought and action for both racists and non-racists." I'll give your book a look too! :)

dear sister ,i would suggest u sell your books at watever prices/discounts you want for the same prices without discriminating between singh/kaur at the end of the name ,and non sikhs .i think maskin sahib would have given you the same advice based on his outlook towards people .

a good place to get your books sold is the sikh missionary society southall.

Thanks peacemaker, SonyNeech, and humkire.

I will take a sincere look at your suggestions. Thanks.

Please read some more poems of mine.

Tears and Death

Tears wipe pain from my face

Not strength from my heart.

* * * * *

Tears are tiny drops of pain

In the ocean of ever flowing joys.

* * * * *

To the temple she goes with tears in

eyes,

From the temple she comes with

smiling pride.

* * * * *

Sorrows are never drowned in tears

Why do we ever cry?

* * * * *

Eyes that have cried in our pain

May we not forget in days of our gain.

* * * * *

Faith never cries

It's doubt that sheds tears.

* * * * *

Darkness of night

Reveals the story of peace

Who says sorrows too exist?

* * * * *

No blows lead to death

No pain stirs the soul,

We are brave

The truth be known.

* * * * *

Often when I stand alone

Near the dug up soil,

I feel the grave of the wrong I hold

The strength of good within my fold.

* * * * *

I saw a candle burning

And burning for the night,

I felt it was sorrow

I saw it was light.

* * * * *

Had fallen from the eyes

The pride of heart,

In the form of tear

In front of all.

* * * * *

We know the difference

We believe in logic

Heart weeps

Smiles the tragic.

* * * * *

No use it is to talk to the air

The time has passed

The hour unfair.

* * * * *

In the magnitude of what exists

There is nothing in infinity

And infinity in nothing.

* * * * *

When death is hope

Life is a tomb.

* * * * *

Near the fruity tree lies his grave,

He who died for a loaf of bread.

* * * * *

Reason to gather

Custom to organize,

Efficient is lonely

Social is life.

* * * * *
