Dear Sangat ji,

Over the last few days we've had to close several threads that have gotten out of hand with alot of arguing back and forth, the train of thought leads from the original point of discussion to something totally different. In those topics we noticed that a few members have asked to closed the topic and might I add not in the politest way, but we deserve that because we are the auguneaar, neech, ajaan and you are all bakshanhaar, always forgiving.

All we ask for you is to REPORT THE TOPIC/POST, or create a ticket, or PM one of the moderators/admins to close a topic/post that you find offensive or violate forum rules so we can take quick action, we've seen several complaints in some of the topics that were recently closed, but not a single person reported the topic or post, if you don't report it means we can't do anything about it because we are under the impression that its a normal discussion topic.

Most of us really don't have time to sift through all the posts, as we have other responsibilities, one of the reasons why lowest of the low singhni left the team was due to these responsibilities and we would hate to lose more if you don't support us in bringing up the forum quality to what it originally was. Its our humble request for you to help us help build this site together. Also, if we notice a specific member reporting posts that violate rules or posts that are offensive we can also consider them to be a part of the moderator team so instead of reporting they can directly delete/edit posts that violate forum rules. We want to make the post quality high and we know and hope the sangat will help us achieve that goal.
