Recommended Posts

1) Read Gurbani everyday and avoid reading dangerous material

2) Watch television only for information that you didn't know before.

3) Listen to Kirtan and do simran for 1 hour at least

4) Avoid eating meat (makes you into a cannibal)

5) Avoid endless shopping especially for clothes.

6) Try to stay quiet for 15 mins per day reflecting on the day.

sum people arent meant to be happy. i was teh happiest person ever a few years ago. always teh joker cheering people up being a shoulder to cry on for people. but things changed. cant remember the last time i was happy its been years. justr cum to accept it now. sum things in life u cant change. i think about certain stuff everyday but theyl never change so ill alwys be sad. yeah im amrithari and thankful for everything in my life. but happiness is a load of crap that people pretend to be. life is craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap
