Uch Da Peer-- A False Sakhi!

Instead of treating Gurbani as our Guru and the ONLY source of 100% accuracy, it seems we have become sikhs of old historical granths or we have become sikhs of "sant" babas. We believe everything written in old historical granths as if its gurbani.

The uch da peer sakhi states that Dasmesh Pita loosened his hair and dressed up as muslim peer. Its such a false story made up by somone out of ignorance or with bad intentions.

This sakhi is against the fearless character of Guru Gobind Singh Jee. Do u have any evidence to state that this sakhi is true ?? Just because it got written down in an old book, does not make it a true happening. There is lots of stuff like opiuim and other controversial stuff in old granths. Only Gurbani is 100% accurate.

Why don't we just ignore all of our history that disagrees with your understanding of Gurbani? In fact, why don't we just ignore history completely since Gurbani says nothing about dinosaurs, Christopher Columbus, or whatever.

We dint have photographs 300 years back.

It is a FACT that there were people who said that Baba Jee escaped and those people were well respected people. If we dint have photographs and were living in 18th century, we would have got a sakhi that Baba Jarnail Singh Khalsa escaped.

well heres something. you say that disguising as Uch Da Peer would be going against the fearless nature of Guru Ji. BUT, Guru Ji had a Hukam by the Panj Piyaare to go to safety and raise the Akaal Sena again to fight again. So Guru Ji had no choice but to follow the Hukam of HIS Guru.

yea, Guru jee needed to go to safety and they must have been careful in their journey from Chamkaur SAhib to Machiwara and then to Alamgir. The pathan brothers would have helped them to find a safer passage but that does not prove that Guru Sahib became uch da peer.

Can u imagine Baba Jarnail Singh Khalsa or Bhai Anokh Singh Babbar or some other chardikala gursikh disguised as a hindu yogi like swami ramdev to escape ??
