I'm not sure who he is, but was told that Baba Nand Singh ji had developed more spiritually because of him?

its baba maha harnam singh ji puchowale, and yes, they are vidiya guru of baba nand singh ji. i think there might be books about them, you could find out from punjab.

baba maha harnam singh jee Bhucho wale were the gurdev of baba nand singh jee maharaj. baba nand singh ji did sewa of baba maha harnam singh ji nad remained their student and acheived braham giaan in their sangat.

A full biography has been written by baba khem singh jee bhucho wale , in 6 parts i think and is available at most bookshops , would be easier to get it at nanaksar kaleran.
