Hau Apraadhi 80
vjkk vjkf I have 2 laptops, one of them is really old (about 5 years) and it's a Sony Vaio PCG-791M Laptop (same as the one on this ebay page: http://cgi.ebay.co.u...5#ht_500wt_1182) I just wanted to know can I upgrade the RAM on this? I've tried finding RAM (memory) for it on the net but cant seem to find it. Anywhere where i can get it from? Also is there any way i can upgrade the 1.6 GHz processor to something significantly higher??? And the hard drive. Anything else anybody recommend me to upgrade in it?? Thanks! lookin forward to sangat's reply vjkk vjkf
singh763173 1
Fateh Ji, This laptop should have a fairly standard DDR memory. Though im not sure of the specifics to the maximum the board can take. If you try www.crucial.com/uk and use their online scanner, it should tell you exactly all the information that is required. If your looking to upgrade RAM, CPU and HDD... it would be better for you if you purchased a new laptop altogether. Upgrading may be cheaper but in the long run, buying a newer laptop is more cost effective.
