The singhs arrested are those who got injured in Ludhiana Kaand, these Singhs were picked up from their houses.

I did not find it in the news. What is source of this claim?

These three Singhs were injured during the demonstration in Ludhiana. In that protest demonstration the police opened fire on Singhs and one was killed. The government asked for a report from the Police. The Police gave a one sided report stating that the “rioters” attacked the police. In the report there was no mention of the police firing upon the demonstrators, one person being killed, or several having been injured.

So, some Singhs asked a Human Rights Organization to look into the contents of the report and requested them to file the petition with the High Court. These three Singhs were to deposit before the Human Rights about the injuries they received. So, at first glance it looks like that police may have made a case against them to shut them off and prevent them from making a deposition. Now they will be held in jail and very likely will not be able to make the deposition. But we may have to wait a long time to know what really happened in this case.

Look guys, i m sure there is an possibility that cinema bombing might be works of GOI. Regardless whoever it is, since accusations are made against sikh community, we as panth should come out with an statement condemning this act of violence...sorry about tantrum earlier... whats lacking is lack of statement from anyone condemning the act of violence regarless whoever is done by..since sikhs are accused in this, not automatically guilty but accused, there should be response from community condemning these acts.

There was universal condemnation of the bombing in 2007. Even Babbar Khalsa condemned it. Sikhs can't be expected to keep condemning the same incident over and over again, years after they have been falsely accused of it:

Deviating from their earlier stand, militant leaders of the Babbar Khalsa, UK-based Babbar Khalsa International and Dal Khalsa today severely condemned the recent bomb blast in Ludhiana, saying, “We don’t believe in violence.”

The significant statement came from these militant leaders after the needle of suspicion in the recent bomb blast in a cinema hall of Ludhiana pointed towards the Babbar Khalsa International and other militant organisations based in various foreign countries.

Wadhawa Singh Babbar, chief of Babbar Khalsa International, talking to The Tribune on phone said, “We are the Sikhs of Gurus and we feel pained whenever any innocent life is lost in violence anywhere in the world.”

He said the recent attack was a dastardly act and the guilty should be punished as per the law of the land. He said the solution to any political or social problem should be found through democratic means, adding, “We don’t believe in violent activities.”

Echoing similar views, Avtar Singh Sanghera and Manmohan Singh Khalsa, UK-based militant leaders of the Babbar Khalsa International and Dal Khalsa, respectively, said the bomb attack in the cinema hall of Ludhiana was shameful and should be condemned equivocally. The Sikh religion does not allow the killing of any innocent person, they added.

These militant leaders are allegedly involved in the killing of hundreds of innocent persons during the two-decade turmoil in the state. They have sought political asylum in Pakistan, the UK and other western countries.

Expressing sympathy with the bereaved families, they said the government should leave no stone unturned in apprehending the culprits responsible for the heinous crime. They said the government should pay compensation to the families of those killed in the blast.

Punjab police is famous for harbouring touts and tout organizations. Many times they will arrest their contacts to defame sikhs.

Obviously these arrests have nothing to do with cinema bombing in Delhi.
