My Brains Audio And Pictures

Basically whenever I think, the audio of my brain has allways got a shabad playing. Like I'm allways reciting some sort of shabad in my brain. But when it comes down to visualise something I allways get the most dirtiest pictures in my brain which I want to get rid off. What sort of pictures should be in my brain? How cam I not have these dirty kaami pictures being projected into my brain?

someone mentioned about this thing recently to me that especially doing ardas, the dirty thoughts come in mind e.g. thinking about our body waste etc.

Well, to rid off that, my advice was to whenever that happens, think that Guru Amardaas jee said again and again that we are vista de keeRe, we think no more than that. once you realize that your thought process should change and start thinking about Guru Amardaas jee and your mind will get busy thinking about Dhan Dhan Guru Amardaas jee and start from First Guru sahib to 10th and then lastly say Dhan Dhan Guru Granth sahib jee.

your mind is going to get entagled in saying Guru's names in order that it would forget about other thoughts.
