Feeling Lonely And Depressed

I have been very depressed for a long time now, a few incidents towards the end of last year which made it even worse. I can't snap out of it, my mind thinks very negatively and I can't seem to change no matter how hard I try. I read gurbani and go Gurdwara regularly but I still can't change. Those incidents have hit me hard and I can't seem to get them off my mind. I don't know what to do anymore.

Excercise, do cardio, running jumping jacks running on teh spot etc, then do naam jaap straight after. Ecercise is well known to lift depression, just keep it up and do abiut every time youre feeling upset but naam japp done sincerely really helps, relax and do it.
