How Can I Choose A Life Partner

Sangat ji I am hoping you can give me some advice. I am trying to find a life partner but I try to see women as my mother or sister. How am I going to find a wife? If I change my perspective of women than it will lead me to have kaami thoughts of them. If I'm thinking of girls as my sisters than how am I suppossed to get married ?

Can any older forum members please give me some advice

Gupt Singh you sound like a Gursikh therefore you should act like one !

Let your parents choose a suitable girl and arrange a meeting.

If chhoto shows interest, then go ahead, otherwise say no.

Simple as that.

Focus on what you want in life, where you want to be and if you both want the same thing, then it's worth talking about. If those goals or aspirations don't come close then walk away, chances are it will never work. You will always have to compromise on something but make sure it's not your sikhi. You maybe at different places in your sikhi, as long as your goals are the same then you can work together to get to where you want to be.

God is nothingness. He has no image, form, cast or creed.

We are all also him, so we also have no image, form, gender, cast, race, family, friends.

You're wife is just your karam, nothing more- see women as your sisters but know that its just their worldy image that makes them sisters, they actually have no form and the same goes for you.

In actual fact, any woman to you is your mother, father, brother, sister, wife, husband, etc, just as god is.

When your karam calls for it, you will find your wife. If your karam calls for you to die before you find a wife, then that is also His hukam. If your karam calls for you to live life without ever getting married, that is also his hukam.

Either way its all just god.
