we should take this opportunity to make a sticky of the real 'sikhs' that should be or already have been excommunicated from the panth, and a list should be made and updated weekly by the mods?

Live Programme from France on SikhChannel showed group of Singhs (I believe they are blacklisted one's as I was able to find some names in blacklisted category) and their concern with Indian Embassy not issuing/renewing Passports even to their small children to visit India. This change in attitude is since 2009.
