Don't be quick to label all 3HO and SikhNet members as "white" Sikhs because it is so disrespectful. Guru Nanak Dev Jee would be so upset to hear Sikhs labelling others by the colour of their skin. There are many "white" skinned Sikhs who didn't come into Sikhi through 3HO and what not, so don't disrespect them in such a way.

Who are the 3HO Sikhs? I know they followed someone with the name of sant Harbajan singh yogi, but what are there beliefs, does anyone know? Why do these women dress all in white like catholic nuns? Are they catholics dressed in sikh fashion? They look hideously ridiculous with long curtain like materials hanging from their head dress. I have also seen some videos in which they are doing the havans and reciting Om sound and why do they worship deities and do kundalini yoga? Are they a cult of some sort? The following website describes sikhism as religion so why are these people not following the true sikh religious practices?

Sikhism, Nanak: A religion, based mostly in the Punjab province of India, that attempts to blend Hinduism and Islam. The movement is based on a vision and subsequent teachings of founder Nanak in the 15th century AD. Disciples, called Sikhs, follow the one true God named Sat Nam ("True Name"). Their main scriptures are contained in the Granth Sahib ("The Lord's Book"), compiled by the guru Arjan, and salvation is viewed as a merging with the universal force (as in pantheism) .
