Start A Youtube Channel?

Just here to encourage all the sikhsangat.com to start a youtube channel to record some videos or any animations we can make. To start producing audio and video publications we have christian and muslim youtube channels how about videos which we can film, such as debates, forums. Things we see on sikh channel, sangat tv we can film our own things which can be the amature productions we see even christian channels have amature christian youtube videos those which are good enough get aired. We have cameras digital phones, iphone. I encourage all of you to open your own channel to get the sabat soorat sikhi saroop for the whole world to see. We can make comedies, we can do parachar. We can film even local gatherings and so forth?

Yup thats a good idea but ts a few years late however better late than never.

all we need to remember this Sikhism is a missionary faith and all those who are against that statement are in essense not Sikhs. They wish for the decline of Sikhi they want to hide Sikh from non-sikhs they want to have a cosy little jatha specific punjabi centric club kind of Sikhsm. We can not allow that to happen therefore every Sikh must promote Sikhism in whatever medium they can. Otherwise stop calling yourself a Sikh and go do your punjabi/indian cultural things as you have done nothing for Sikhi or its future.

I see yoga loving white western Sikhs promoting Sikhism more than those of punjabi/indians ethnicity these days. If its yoga that that is needed to draw people into Sikhism then so be it. Yoga is not anti-sikh its a form of exercise in the context of a Sikhs spritual lifestyle which is different from a hindu's who does yoga to get "magical powers" or boons/favors from so called "gods".

Should not have posted about White Sikhs doing Yoga. 5 bucks says this thread will soon turn into a debate about how Yoga is anti-Sikhi or some nonsense

Regardless of missionary or not we have a mistaken identity with muslims, taliban, mystics, genies, terrorists etc. All things which we are very far from even to establish how human we are with humour, drama, plays, acts etc. It is just refreshing to see some singhs on the youtube the only person we have is justreign and we can do better the guy rakes in viewers but there is more. A few years too late maybe but we didn't know how big youtube would become it is free media and get's more views then tv internationally as a medium. We could even make promos and more things then sikhchannel and sikhsangat. Missionary might come but we need some friendly things if doing yoga works cool anything maybe doing art, whatever it is.. Sikhnet movie competition was cool but I want to get more people out there just showing we exist hey look at us...

We could record even debates we have friends circles, cameras, venues for sets we have everything just lacking the drive and motivation and I want to motivate you right now our descendants will look back at our history as we do to our ancestors and ask what they were like in the past we lacked history right now let's make the history. How will they study us from forum boards?
