How do you wash a paag? I am a noob cleaning and washing clothes. I would preffer a breif step by step guide.

Use non biological liquid otherwise normal washing powder will fade the Dastaar.

You can soak your Dastaar in a balti and then rinse it out thoroughly.

There are many brands of non biological liquid detergent , such as Persil etc. Also note that ordinary washing powder can leave white blotches on the Dastaar too.

If you have chemical full voile normal detergent (no bleach) will be fine. You don't need too much detergent for washing your dastaar normally unless you need to just add more as needed. If you're drying it in a washer the best thing, in my opinion, is to keep the heat on medium to low and if you're drying it outside don't leave it in the sun unnecessarily otherwise the color will fade.
