I did something really bad forced to be done by people in my year (yr 9) what can I do to make sure this never happens again

It's ok don't feel bad and move on, you will understand as you grow along that these things are just tiny bit of worldly pleasure or anand...as you keep growing in sikhi you will find these tiny bit of worldy pleasure are nothing compare to spiritual bliss just to put it contrast what you experienced today its small drop of anand, as you will grow spiritually in sikhi you will find lake of spiritual bliss, river of spiritual bliss, sea of spiritual bliss and finally ocean of spiritual bliss which cannot be compared with worldy pleasures..cannot be described its infinite bliss.

So always keep in mind, you deserve more and you are worth more than this lame pleasure, every human being have a potential of experiencing ocean of spiritual bliss..so next time you try to go back to this same worldy pleasure, just think about higher bliss in spirituality and start thinking about striving for it.

The worse thing you can do right now is dwell on the past and get absorbed in it. Sometimes we act out the moment and give in to persuasion then to regret it. In concern with not allowing it to occur again, stay strong and question yourself whether the action is really moral or not. If your social group are pushing you to do things you wouldn't usually do then question are they really your friends? Do they really want what's best for you and respect your wishes? If not then try not to associate with them no more.. Focus on developing a beautiful Gursikhi Jeevan, relationships with school mates are only temporary.. lets focus on the most important relationship, the one with Vaheguroo.. Don't let it get you down :smile2:
