thank you very much for the respones....

well..i did go thru a medical check up..n i've told u what i'm lack of...

hmm..abt exercise..well..i dun exercise at all...i really have to start...

i think i'll try talking to the doc abt this pains n all..but when i went for the med check up..i did tell the doc..but he didn't say anything..like u should take this n that..nothing at all...hmm....i guess itz normal..

usually i'll b sleeping with no fan on no aircon on..nothing...n abt 2 days..with continuos panadols...thatz bad...i know..but no choice...n yeah..i'll try to consume more vege which has iron in it... :( bout sarbloh..hehe...i'll have to ask mom..coz she does the cooking :lol:

btw..what is midol?

I just read thru a book called encyclopedia of foods..heheh..n i found abt anemia..

the food that we should take is:

Vege : legumes, soy, spinach,chard,lettuce, alfalfa sprouts,watercress,red beet,tempeh,sunflower seeds and pistachio

Fruits: Avocado,grape,passion fruit,apricot,and lemon

well..those above all are rich in iron!!...but our only prob now is Vitamin B12...and that vitamin is only found by stuffs produced by bacteria or yeast...so for us..yogurt n tempeh is the only choice!....

hehe..i found my own answer...but well...whoever out there who needs it... :lol:

midol's a pill made especially for when you get it....it works....but yeah...excercise does help....ever since i started gatka....its made the pain less....and warm things TOTALLY help....(i drink hot chocolate :lol: ) hehe...hope everything works out for you bhenji!! :TH:
