Very Historic Day for Sikhs and Human Rights Activists.

Canada's National Democratic Party Passes Resolution Recognizing Jaswant Singh Khalra as an Important Defender of Human Rights for His Work Uncovering Thousands of Deaths on the Hands of Police in Punjab. He Exposed to the World of What Was Happening in Punjab from the late 80s to 90s.

“Knowing that fellow Canadians listened, understood and supported this resolution with so much support is a moment of great pride for the community” says OGC spokesperson Amarjit Singh. “This means that all the work, life and sacrifice of Jaswant Singh Khalra have not gone in vain and this is a great honour to be able to give him, his loved ones and the pursuit of justice”.
