as im in secondry school now i have quite alot of facial hair around my face particurarly my beard and im worried i might get picked on or name calling?

what should i do

You could gel it down.

Learn some kind of fighting system like boxing, kickboxing, judo. No one will pick on you if you're tough

Khalsa is supposed to be nyara which means different.If they start making fun of you just brush it off.It they start physically touching you smack them square in the jaw.

what should i do

No need to learn martial arts or anything just because of your beard. Because if you start doing that as if afraid of getting picked on, then you are already admitting to your innerself that you have some sort of personal blemish or disability for which you will be judged on.

Keep your growing beard with pride and don't let anyone stand on your spiritual path.

If they tease, then all you say is ''look, I have a spiritual path that I am trying to walk on and I don't cross or walk on anyone elses. So if you have a path then fair play to you and you carry on, but if you don't, then I hope one day you may find one''

Anyway, this reminds of the movie 'Grinch''. I always said to my kids that I felt sad when the Grinch was all hairy as a little kid and the other kids used to pick on him. I always found that scene quite touching and not funny !
