Height Of Thanklessness

Compare that with 1947 where Sikhs ensured that the Muslims of Malerkotla were left unharmed only because Sher Muhammad Khan protested against the killing of the Chhote Sahibzaade. It shows that Sikhs never forget their friends or enemies for centuries. Indians on the other hand, especially Hindutva loving fanatic Hindus see everyone who doesn't agree with them as a foe. India right now has an element which is called by some columnists as the "Hindu Taliban".

I was thinking the same thing. The malerkotla incident is unheard anywhere else in the world. While all of Punjab was burning but only in Malerkotla the Muslims were safe. While in history of Malerkotla, it's many Nawabs always fought against the Sikhs. They even played a role in the Vadda Ghalukara, but just Nawab Sher Khan's protest in Sirhind saved Malerkotla from the fire of 1947 violence.
