Well, in sikhi, you shouldn't fast. There is no need to fast.

Baba Ji doesn't care if you fast or not, he cares how much you love him or not.

My reccomendation is to you is to just keep praying with love, do good deeds, selfless service and whater amount of Gurbani you can read.

Nice reply singh 007, that should be a permanent fast! People are on an ego trip on earth. If we see someone getting hurt or someone has hurt us, a Sikh should make a vow to Never hurt someone in the same way again.

We are all equal in truth, image is just an illusion so if you are arrogant about something in the illusion, whether its wealth, health or looks or something else, then maya has taken you in its hold.

Nothing belongs to us, we do Nothing, its all just Him and just as He gives, he can easily take away.

Wealth is a test of maya, I see many sikhs egostical about this. If you are egostical it means youre not practicing Truth properly and don't truly know and love yourself (we are Him and He is Us).
