Hazur Sahib does not give full amrit to women, it's called Kirpan Di Amrit: here's a long lengthy article about it: http://www.amritworld.com/main/?p=86#sthash.HfJ53XL1.dpbs

I'm not arguing either way, just presenting facts, which I haven't seen you do.

First you posted, Nihangs don't allow women to take Amrit. Now you're saying women in Hazur Sahib are allowed to take kirpan da Amrit. And your source is a blog. Don't know who created it. I have seen with my own eyes Nihangs be married to a bibi who is Amritdhari. Giving kirpan da Amrit to women is wrong. What concerns me is your first general statement.

I knew a couple of Nihang Singhs (British born) treated shabbily by their newly wed wives from back home. They were decent guys, but even their Gursikh wives found their husbands' rehat tough to handle so they divorced their husbands within a couple or so years. Makes you wonder what they were expecting when they married these Singhs. Society will say the Singhs are to blame for being inflexible, but I certainly wouldn't. If these ladies wanted a good-time Charlie then marrying a Nihang is not conducive to that lifestyle. Unless they thought that age-old thing of, "I'll change him when we're married."

If you watch the video of Sant Jarnail Singh Bhinderwale on women, you'll hear he mentions something called Kirpan Da Amrit being given to women only in some bad jathas, (non-Taksal) which is not full Amrit, (unless your going to call him a liar)
