Feeling low, try these tips to boost your mood

Avoid negative people one is good. Especially those that you think will be there for you or you trust. Be prepared that they may not help or support you when you need them, despite them always turning to you when they needed something. 

Learn to cope with the rejection and not let it affect you, they just aren't worth you wasting time over how they change.
