Guest Singh

Been doing gym for about 1 year. Wanted to improve my overall fitness and build size (muscle). I enjoy it, made more more confident and being in general good health makes me feel good. I mainly focus on cardio and upper body/arms training. Good to go with a friend if you’re just starting gym, company helps you a lot.

It's important for health. It's easy to wear your body out with work and stress etc, not to mention the countless health and mind benefits. So exercise is important for everyone. Along with healthy eating and a clean lifestyle, spirituality, working etc
