Khalsa Mentoring Programme

In celebration of 30 years of Khalsa Foundation, the team are launching ‘The Khalsa Mentoring Programme’ a programme empowering young Sikhs into leadership careers by developing their skills, confidence and industry awareness through mentorship and support. We hope to create a community of online support to help guide young SIkhs in all areas of academia; spirituality and professional development whilst also supporting one another in areas of wellbeing and happiness.

This is a programme where young Sikhs can have access to a range of Gursikhs who will share – information (on courses by different organisations; courses with reference to academic studies; tips on revision and studying plus professional guidance on how to progress within careers and professions); insights (learnings they would share with their younger self) and 1 to 1 mentoring (specific guidance for young people to support them to navigate through the journey of academia; careers; skills and employability as well as spirituality and maintain a Gursikhy jivan).

If you are over 11 years (at Secondary School +) then you may make an application to join the FREE Khalsa Mentoring Programme. By signing up you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined. You will have access to a platform where you can see information and guidance on a wide range of careers and also advice and contact information to contact Gursikhs from a wide range of professions to ask for advice.

If you are interested in becoming a mentor or you wish to complement the support within the Khalsa Mentoring Programme, please email your CV and a covering letter detailing your experience; your specialisms and area of expertise – plus your time capacity to support. These applications will be considered by the team over the next few months so please appreciate we may not respond straight away.
